Talk about 5 star service. The owners are super professional and offer service well beyond even dealership. Even better, the owners are the ones with their hands working on your car. P.S. I didn't know these folks 3 days ago and felt so comfortable leaving my car with them.

Professional experience with my glk350. The motor mounts and spark plugs and coil packs replaced with OEM REPLACEMENT. Running smoothly again. Update glk350 is running smoothly 🙂 rwo months later still no problems after there service. Took my 2011 c300 for the steering wheel security malfunction, no start. They replaced the parts and have had no problem with it since. Bravo 👏

Came here from a long-time referral (Hoover Mercedes in Colorado) to diagnose/fix my 1996 C180, great shop! Staff seemed super friendly & caring. They were never able to duplicate the "issue" but offered sound advice that we went with. Seems like an honest shop that we'll be using to service our Benzs✌🏽

HORRIBLY, they do not know what they are doing, Don't Go There. Told me I needed an entire new A/C system for my 2005 CLK 500... Cost $2,600. Whet to Paul's Auto in Bradenton and found it was only a faulty rear SAM module, repair cost under $200. If you want to be ripped off, go to S&S auto, if you want good work and a very fair price, go to Paul's auto or ANYWHERE ELSE, but do NOT trust S&S Auto and make the same mistake as I almost did.

Jim runs the front part of the shop and he is definitely in his zone. I have taken both of my Mercedes to them for service and couldn’t be more pleased. Traveling from NC to Florida in our Mercedes Sprinter and started losing power. Contacted them, stopped on the way through at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. They were able to diagnose the problem but unable at the time to fix it which was completely understandable. Everyone was very nice, even let myself and 2 dogs wait in the waiting room. Would highly recommend

My vehicle stability assist program kept engaging while I was trying to drive on the highway and I didn’t know why. After speaking with Rob he was able to squeeze me in their busy schedule while also providing an educated guess on what the issue could be. Everyone was so nice and helpful and thankfully the solution was a easy fix. Rob’s educated guess was correct and he provided me with all of my options and the estimate and actual cost were spot on. Will definitely be taking my car back for routine service.

Super neat and clean with friendly people. Took Merkel (our Mercedes Benz powered Sprinter) here for a full chassis service. After driving miles after the service brought it home and parked it on concrete. Not a single drop the next morning. Excellent. Back again for an oil change and service to fix a problem with the turbo shutting off. Same crew which is comforting.

Very displeased with this place. You call and they tell you one thing and then they do not honor their word. I wouldn't waste my time nor money here. Over priced and under serviced. Trust is the one thing you never get back. They've lost a customer.

I highly recommend this shop if you have a Mercedes that needs maintenance or diagnostic/repair work done. They are way more experienced, easier to work with, and cost way less than the actual Mercedes dealership. I've learned this from personal experience. What more could you ask for? They own all the equipment, computers, and tools necessary to work on any Mercedes model and complete any job. And Mercedes-Benz will not let just any old mechanic own their computers and equipment, they are highly regulated. That should tell you everything you need to know. I work for a larger car dealership in the area, and we have decided to make S&S our go-to shop for diagnostic and repair needs when we have Mercedes' on our lot.
