Blew a tire on I80 coming into Omaha. Limped into our hotel about 7 on a Thursday night. Needed to replace the blown tire quickly to keep our journey to Chicago for the holidays on schedule. Sent a text describing our needs about 8:30 PM. Got a preliminary response within minutes and a response from the owner, Dan moments later. He’d already checked with three of his suppliers to no avail, but promised to check an additional source as well as his stock of used tires. Said he’d respond shortly after 7 AM. He did, and we had the used tires installed within an hour before 9AM. Price was fair, service was quick, and we got two name brand tires to tide us over until we can get a full new set (the tires we had we’re original equipment run-flats with 44k miles on them. The place doesn’t look like much, but they definitely know what they’re doing and the responsiveness was stellar.

Dan, Kelsey and the crew at S&H are incredible! Products and pricing are superior and their customer service is 2nd to none. I don't know why you'd go anywhere else for your tire needs. If there was a way to rate them 10 stars I'd do it without hesitation!!!

I had a nail in my tire and stopped by S & H Tire. They had it fixed in just 10 minutes! The service was incredibly fast, and the receptionist was absolutely awesome—friendly, helpful, and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend S & H Tire for their quick and professional service!

stumbled on this place when I was meaning to go to the place I went before in Council Bluffs for used tires. I googled the wrong place, but I was not disappointed. The staff are friendly and they are honest about the tires and sales. The work was done efficiently as well and they have warranty to stand behind their tires, both new and used. I will definitely be coming here again in the future.

I bought a new set of tires for my vehicle from S&H this week. Absolutely love the way they ride and handle. I know not everyone likes their name thrown around the internet, so I'll just say "the lady" behind the counter (she knows who she is :-) ) was knowledgeable, friendly, no pressure, and she even walked me outside to see the tires I was buying, since the same ones were on her own car. Whether you're looking for new, used, or a repair to your own tires, I recommend S&H 10 out of 10.

My neighbor recommended S&H when I walked out to a flat tire on my truck on a Monday morning. The woman behind the front desk was helpful, courteous, friendly and professional. I took a book expecting to wait for hours like I have had to do at other places and I was shocked at how quickly my tire was fixed! The price was less than anyplace else and they didn't try to upsell anything I didn't need. This is Council Bluff's hidden secret for tire services. I will be a return customer. Thank you!

These folks operate like a NASCAR pit crew. I no sooner settled into a chair and open a bottle of water before they told me all four tires have been changed. Excellent service and excellent communication they answered every question I had with authority and information highly recommend this company and will continue to refer customers to them.

The girl that helps run the place is really nice she always lets you know what your going to pay and it will be the right price and she's really good at knowing what they have in stock for new and used tires also the guys aren't bad either they do their job and get it done fast and answer any questions, great and honest people the cheapest places to go and get a tire from
