I totally agree. The same thing happened to me with my vehicle's transmission. They changed it, I took it back to them every few days, and they changed it again. They always charged me for some detail and in order to resolve the problem, I had to go to another mechanic. They have no respect for their customers, neither in terms of time nor money. Totalmente de acuerdo, a mi me paso lo mismo con la transmision de mi vehiculo, , me la cambiaron, se la volvia a llevar semalmante, me la cambiaron de nuevo, siempre cobrandome por algun detalle y para poder resolver el problema, tuve que ir donde otro mecanico. No tienen respeto con los clientes ni en tiempo ni con dinero.

This place tried to scam us out of labor costs… my husband took our car to get the breaks and sensors replaced. They did all the work and when we got the car back the sensor light was still on for the breaks. They told us it should go off but it did not when we took it back to them to get it fixed they told us they would need to charge us an additional $220 to fix what we already paid for. I will be filing a fraudulent charge with my bank because we paid for a service they did not deliver. I tried this place out hoping they would be a good fit but I will drive the extra 45 min to my usual mechanic. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE THEY ARE CROOKS! I took my truck in to have some OEM sensors I purchased online installed. The price seemed reasonable, but later on after hours the same information prior to being replaced came up on my dash. The charge was $15 dollar a tire, plus $65 for programming. Upon my return I spoke to Martin whom I assume is the owner and explained my situation. He then asked if I remember who did the work and I said no. He proceeded to ask if it was one of the younger guys or the mechanic. I told them one of the younger guys, but it was an older gentleman that did the programming. My dash showed every tire having a different tire pressure and the back rear tire showing no information at all. Upon inspection the mechanic who previously “programmed” the sensors said they were all bad and batteries were almost dead. This didn’t make much sense to me would this not have presented itself when he first programmed them? Nonetheless, i asked if i would have to pay another $125 once I got the replacements and i was told yes. This was yesterday. Today, i decided to stop into Discount tire and have all 4 replaced with the TPMS stems they sell there. I did not share what had happened, but instead convinced the manager to provide me a 50% discount given I recently spent $1000 on new tires for my other vehicle. I did however let them know I wanted to keep all 4 sensors. I was going to return them and battle the cost of the initial install. This is when I found out that I only had 3 sensors, meaning SH never installed the 4th. This is when I needed to hold them accountable for the install cost! I was told that both myself and discount tire were liars and that I should have taken pictures. I was told that if it didn’t have a sensor he wouldn’t have been able to program and or taken the notice off my dash. I responded that check engine lights can be cleared for many reasons, so this wouldn’t be any different. I trusted in a small local business to save a few bucks in this lousy economy and this is what I get. Save yourself the time, effort and raised blood pressure this place is crap.

This place either doesn’t know how to do alignments at all or just ripped me off car feels the exact same steering to the right don’t go to this place waste of time and money spend the extra somewhere else at a legit mechanic that can actually do a alignment right this place is a joke no wonder the alignments are only 60$

They claim they don't speak English and they come out a give you a price for a used tire then after they install it the price has went up 50$ more. Rip off

They changed my tire and when I left the tire popped on me they took the time to drive out to me after they closed and brought a new tire to change the new popped tire 🔥

Did a good job installing BUT QUOTE FOR 250. ENDED UP PAYING 400 They are incapable of performing alignments . Returned my vehicle with no quality control inspection before I received my vehicle. Could of been in a auto accident. They did Return my alignment fee. BEWARE... JUST CHECK TO SEE IF TBEY COMPLETED THE JOB CORRECTLY BEFORE TACKING POSSESSION OF YOUR VEHICLE.....

The shop rotated and balanced my 35s on my truck for a very reasonable price. Guys are also very friendly. I had been going to another shop up the road on Grisson near old grissom and those guys always tried to come in high with prices on mounting or balancing of tires. I always had to negotiate to get a lower price for labor. SH came in right on point with the price and I didn't have to negotiate. I also tipped the 2 guys working my truck, $5 each. Thanks!

Had to return on 3 separate occasions because my vehicle was not fixed properly. As I later found out after being fed-up with the lack of service--THE PART WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY!! First time customer and LAST!

They quoted me $1600 parts and labor for miscellaneous work. Labor was $688. I bought my own parts for $323. I took them 2 extra parts…power steering pump and tension bars (they were already doing suspension work). When I got the bill he charged me $600 to install those 2 parts. And said it was because I didn’t get a quote first. I will never go back to be ripped off by this place again. I’ve had lots of work done on my vehicles and they overcharged me by more than $400.

Man these guys are horrible if I could leave 0 stars I would. They gave my car back worse than how I brought it in and tried to charge me 450 more to fix it. After taking it to another mechanic it was a small sensor that THEY broke. These guys are crooks stay away.

Scratched my wheel up when I had a tire patch. They move fast but carelessly. No doubt it was them, the scratches are right next to the lug nuts in addition to where they remove and push the tire back onto the rim.

PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS HERE BEFORE, MAKING A DISCUSSION‼️ DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE YOUR CAR HERE!! CAR WILL LEAVE WORST THAN WHAT IT WAS AFTER LEAVING THIS PLACE! Just like any other Mechanic Shop!They try to make more money off of your car other than what you bring it in for!! I came in to get an alignment & after they was done! I couldn’t drive my car! I paid $65 for nothing! I parked my car and went back up there with my dad to get an refund, the owner was rude for no reason, and they just told me that my car was mess up when I brought it up there when I know that’s a lie!! When I just drove it from Louisiana to Texas and now after this place it’s not driving correctly whatsoever my car is swerving really bad!! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE THEY NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! COMPLETE JOKE
