Great customer service. My tire pressure was low, and I thought the tire needed to be plugged. The owner was helpful. He added air and advised me if I needed something else to come back, and they would assist me. Support this black own business it's open 24 hours! 👍🏾

Flat tire in West Philly on a Saturday night! What a nightmare. But this place was open and fixed us up, no problem! The guy didn't speak English so great, but he did a great job, and at a reasonable price. I'm thankful!

I’ve lived in the area for almost 5 years, and have always driven past this tire shop and had no clue they did plugs and changes! I hit a curb this morning, and instead of waiting on AAA I came to this shop for a plug, ended up needing a new tire. The young man who assisted me was friendly, quick, and it was an overall great experience. They provided a tire change in less than 20 minutes and I was on my way! They are definitely open 24hrs as confirmed when I asked, and I will absolutely be back if I ever need tires or repairs again. Prices are affordable and multiple payment methods, always a plus.

I came to S&A Tire and Car Mall they guys was friendly nice and polite fast and efficient. I look forward to going back since I need some side mirrors put on my car. They have great customer service it was a real pleasure!!!

I had a great experience at this shop. They didn’t have my size tire in stock so one of the guys found me a tire that was similar in size. He put two of them on my car and charged me the regular price. It took him a while to look because he wanted me to have a good tire size. Very patient and great attitude I’ll definitely be going back to him. Thank You !!!!!

I just did 5 stars because Tread of both front tires are great -10 They were still inflated this morning without slow leaks 10 Customer Service 10 Safe area 10 Promptness 10 Understanding 10 Great Hours 10 I very happy to do business with S&A I will highly recommend.

DO NOT, I MEAN DO NOT waste your money or time with this business. Customer service was awful. Since I was in a jam after hours, they over charged me and to top it all off, THEY GAVE ME A TIRE WITH A HOLE IN IT!! Caught another flat not even 4 days later! And then had the audacity to try to sell me another tire for 40 sayin that was a discount lol never again how the saying go first time shame on them second time shame on u I’ll be damn I give them my money it only take one time for me to learn my lesson dnt even leave reviews but I had to with this situation dnt want anybody else to get got.THEY ARE SELLING BAD TIRES DNT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!we as the ppl work to hard to for are money to be ripped off by theses clowns

Great service, on a Saturday evening my tire got changed. A new tire was installed the next morning - on a Sunday! I would highly recommend them!

I went to this shop for the first time due to me having a slow leak I paid $60 for a used tire less then a weak later I’m putting air back in the same tire I just purchased I call they say they can’t help me I think they put the same tire back on my car smh I wouldn’t recommend going here tires and service not reliable

Service is amazing I caught two flights leaving the airport and they cam and took the rims off and brought me two new tires under an hour 🙌🏾💯 I definitely recommend theme

Always be upfront & Honest with customers. I can except those explanation w/ understanding the situation (especially for nite differential costs) I APPRECIATE GOOD SERVICE but Never sell your customers a used tire with a Visible Plug in it…(when your told that an inspection is going to happen and can’t get one) I Won’t be surprised if this has been done before. Oftentimes our own just want the money!Also be sure you give the customer their tire caps back.

Flat tire in a snow storm they are open all night but the workers barely speak or understand English. Spoke with a guy he said they would give me a new tire at a reasonable price. He left the worker put the new tire on my rim. Couldn’t get it to take air, then the machine broke and he tried to take the tire off my rim with a crowbar damaged the rim. I had a spare ask him to just put the spare on no response another male customer had to tell him put the spare on and put the rim in my truck. The owner needs to be on site or have someone who can communicate better.

Incredible service! We were stranded on the highway for 5 hours after AAA repeatedly forgot to send us assistance. 🎉Thanks to the amazing guys from S&A we were saved. They answered our call at 1:30 am and were able to replace our tires that were destroyed by gapping holes on the highway.
