Very fast and great customer service. Came in without any appointment on a Friday afternoon to have them check for a tire puncture. They were super busy and still managed to get the puncture fixed within 30 minutes at a very good price.

I took my car here without an appointment today and they saw me right away because my car was making a funny noise. They called me back within the hour and said there was nothing wrong with the car, my tires were just starting to wear. I picked it up and they didn’t charge me anything because “it was only 2 test drives”. They don’t know how much I appreciated their kindness and understanding. They are an outstanding business and I plan to continue taking my car to them!!! Highly recommend

My daughter had a minor crisis with her car. She lives in Richmond and I am out of town. She's perfectly capable of handling situations herself, but it's tough for fathers to let go. I Googled some options near her home in the Fan and landed on RVA. I spoke with April who arranged a quick fix and provided a worried father with some immediate relief. This will be my daughter's new "go to" car repair place in Richmond.

We live in the fan and I bring both our vehicles to RVA Tire & Auto. They have been nothing but fair, honest and great to work with. Latest example was that my brakes were squealing and I brought it in, they looked at it, cleared some debris out from between the rotors and pads and handed it back - free of charge. That's honesty and service for you. So thank you RVA T&A for being a great provider in the fan.

Had a nail in my tire early morning when I was planning a road trip for that day. They were very quick, VERY kind, and their prices were extremely fair! Got me back on the road within a few hours after having to order and change 4 new tires, and a full alignment. Won’t be going anywhere else from here on out!

April and Allen do such a good job with my car- from headlights to alignment to oil changes, they get everything set so I feel safe on the road. They communicate clearly what needs to be done and always call to let me know if prices or details change. I really appreciate them!! Had my car at a national chain for rotation and balancing they apparently ignored the bulging belt on my tire. RVA diagnosed and remedied the problem quickly and professionally.

I was able to get my car in for the state inspection and they were great with communicating what was required, recommended and what was something g I’d want to address at some point with oh the next few months. No pressure some them at all. Definitely recommend!
