Overall, excellent. Service advisor thought my 2018 Kicks had all wheel drive like the newer ones. Mine doesn't. Easy mistake to make. He readily said he'd been wrong & good news was that my Service bill was $200 less than expected. Obviously, I was quite happy about that.

The customer service was very professional and and overall I am pleased with my experience. I brought my car in for an oil change, an emergency light blinking on and off and also my moon roof rattling while driving. Enough to make it too annoying to ignore, especially since my car was recently just purchased in Aug brand new off the lot. They said all was fixed, they drove it around and heard no rattling. However after driving my car around after taking it home, it is still rattling in the same spot. Maybe not as loud as before, but still rattling. Makes me wonder if they did drive it around to hear it? I can tell they did work to try and fix it, but just disappointed it isn't. My service tech was very polite and helpful though. Forget his name?
