The mobile mechanic that services our buses is exceptionally knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with, and very easy to talk to. Each interaction with the mechanic has a personal touch that makes me feel valued as a customer. I never feel like I'm just another number on a list, but rather a priority that is well taken care of. The level of service provided by Rush Truck is truly commendable. I highly recommend Rush Truck's mobile service for anyone in need of reliable and efficient maintenance for their vehicles. Alex (foreman) and Israel (shop manager) was professional. They had my truck fixed and ready in a timely manner although the drivers lounge room is very uncomfortable (chairs) if you want to use the microwave you gotta go into the staff break room but beside that whole staff is very nice. so if your truck is gonna be down for a while to be repaired, I suggest you get a hotel room for the amount of days that your truck will be down for.

If i could give them a .5 i would. My son arrived to buy a truck no one could help 3 hours before closing time on Saturday. He went the following Monday to give a deposit, he got an email saying the first one who finishes the paper work would get the box truck. He finished it first and lost the truck after he was guaranteed the truck after he gave them the deposit no phone call just an email. The following day he was told 3 are in salt lake and one on its way. Never told it was here I had to call four times before they answered.

Worst experience ever. I was promised a truck after I gave a $500.00 deposit and never got the truck. I was led to believing there was a truck there for me twice. Dealing with different guys I don't want to waste my time anymore. Instead of being a man and calling me I was always emailed.

Hannah the receptionist is completely unreliable. She told me she was going to have someone call me back on three occasions and never got a call. Also: they have unscrupulous technicians that recommend very expensive and unnecessary repairs. Terrible customer service all around.

Absolutely disgusting service. Took our 38' moho there for a fuel pump. The mechanic and tow driver incorrectly towed it into shop. Damaged whole front of body causing windshield to partially cave in while on hwy. Bill for full pump $11,600. Oil on carpets in moho from mechanic. They fixed the windshield and repaired front body damage but broke the wire off windshield motor. No test drive after fuel pump installed. Broke down on hwy 3 miles out of Boise

Currently waiting on a PM on a truck I brought in before 3pm. It is 3 hours later and I've been given every excuse in the book. I showed up a little before I was scheduled and have been delayed 3 times. First excuse was there are only 3 mechanics. Next, was the mechanics got pulled to another job. Finally, I inquired about my truck and the old mechanic guy pointed at someone out in the bay I couldn't see and said, "he's doing it" and just walked out of the building mid sentence. Don't waste your time on this company because that's all they do with your time. I'd rate it less than 1 star if I could. I'll be calling Ideal Lease and complaining about the service.

Last week I took my RV to this freightliner after they told me that they could do the repairs from an accident, I asked them to do a list of other things not covered by insurance while it was there. On monday my wife received a call from Jason saying that they couldn't do the repaies and could only do the oil change on the motor and not service the generator. My wife told them that she would need to talk to me first and that we would probably shop around for prices before going further with anything and that she would have me call them back with our decision. They also gave us the name and number of a place in Caldwell that they said could do the work. I called rush this morning to see if they could hold my RV till next week because that was the soonest that D&C repair could have room for it, that's when Jordan told me that they had done an oil change and some other things, I replied with the fact that they weren't supposed to do anything till I called them back. He then stated that they wouldn't allow me to dtore my RV there since they were going to have to eat the bill and that I needed to get it out of there and that I would need to talk to his manager about the charges, I said ok and was expecting to be placed on hold to do just that when jordam slammed the phone down. I tried calling back 3 times and no one would answer my call so I call D&C and they were nice enough to make room for my rv I then called my insurance Co. and they made arrangements to have it towed. now at this point I don't know where my RV is. The repair shop is closed and the towing co. (night shift) has no clue what was done during the day so I guess i'll have to wait till monday to find out if my rv ever made it to D&C. around the time the tow co. should have arived at rush they called my wifes phone (she wasn't able to answer it) and left a message to call them. So that's where it stands. I am a disabled Veteran with many medical issues including an ulcer, problems like these I could do without. Jordan need to obtain a better additude towards customers or find another line of work, he would probably fit in fine with police in most other states.

Moho continued to break down after leaving Rush who used the dignostic papers from Cummings in Boise. New alternator, starter, ignition, were installed on route to Lake Meade. Turns out Mechanic used fork lift when installing fuel pump which may have caused the battery cable to land on muffler which caused a short. Miserable 6 wk holiday spent in gas stations, mechanic shops and hotels. Rush said they would cover the 3 night at hotel....no chech yet

Ok so I show up with a low oil pressure warning light going off. Truck can't go above 20psi on oil pressure.. before the truck is in the parking lot to be seen, Tim says it's probably a bad motor because it has 2 million miles on her. Finally get into the shop Johns trying to diagnose what's wrong. 4.5 hours later they want to pull the oil filter to check for shavings, so they cut the filter and sure enough sparkles again bad motor they said. Well it's time to leave so we're going to put a new oil filter on and kick you back in the street till tomorrow. So new oil filter and whoa!!! I have 40 psi all night all day problem is solved. I won't need that oil pump we ordered. Cool next item trailer airbag. Here's the part number I need from ta. Ok we ordered them 2days they showed up wrong part. Ok got new ones ordered. 4 days parts showed up. They took 4.5 hours to install just one. Time for the bill. Oil filter and 5 quarts oil plus diagnostics 1254.00 air bag 1120.00 now they did a pretty good job installing it and also they took a few hundred off the bills for me. But I'm no mechanic I'll let you be the judge of whether or not I was treated fairly or robbed. Service building staff nice and helpful. 180 degrees from parts/rental shop that the below was written about. I bumped it to 4 stars from 1 Hopefully their skills are much better than their customer service. I walked in there six men looked at me not one set of word to me, finally one lady told me where I was supposed to go in the back lot for service. Must be the only game in town for a national trucks. I'll update as I deal more with them

These guys are a joke, 5-7 days estimated...took em a month, and then after being done for 2 days and sitting there they say, "we were just waiting for payment!" IT HELPS TO COMMUNICATE TO THE CUSTOMER IF YOU WERE JUST WAITING ON PAYMENT!

Though initially disappointed with service department, I had a very good conversation with the owner and come to realize they genuinely care about quality of service. I won't let one bad experience cloud my judgement and have a full intent to swing by for further service or an oil change next time I'm in the area. I really appreciated the follow up.

Watch out for their little mini van drivers. Had one pass me on a double yellow line on enterprise street in Boise today 8/2/2023 around 3:25pm. Dangerous driving.

just finished oil change on my truck, it's all great, great service, cool laundge room, they got next oil change due date sticker on windshield, wrote all the steps and work they did on papers 👍👍👍 ty so much

ANYONE ELSE BUT RUSH Lies and overpricing have been my experience. Shop maintenance sales/supervisor lied to me twice. Witnessed first-hand in the office the practice of purposeful overbilling. Shop mechanics admitted overbilling is a common practice. I have a tracker on the truck. They told me they got it in and did an extensive check and came back with a huge quote for all the work needing done. Actually, the tracker showed the truck had not moved at all. Receptionist lied. Got the same work done at another shop for 2k less. Save your money. ANYONE ELSE BUT RUSH

My experience with Rush was in one word HORRIBLE. So I went in to the Boise dealership to talk to one of the salesman. All I was met with was negative attitude. The you younger guy with the beard acted like I was wasting his and almost ignored me. While the older gentleman just ramble on about if I wanted to buy a truck for farming that I should consider buying a used truck. They weren't interested in trying to see what may need or anything. Worst experience I've ever experienced so far. Now I know why so many people gave this company so many negative reviews. I had better experience with Kenworth and peterbilt then I did with any of the other brands. So if anything I should be thanking Rush. If it weren't for their rude salesmen and poor customer service I might have considered possibly buy an LT. The one thing I like about the LT is you can equip that truck with Cummins X15 motor and the Eaton automatic. Then again I can get the same type of Engine and transmission in a Peterbilt or Kenworth. So thanks Rush. You just gave Peterbilt or Kenworth another sale.
