If they services are so good then why do they not give respect to the people who live around them. I am not a mean person but I live around them and every night I pray they respect their neighbors and not have their music so loud till I others can hear it down the street. It’s for their listening pleasure I even wait until 10 pm before I start saying anything but when it’s after midnight that’s just ridiculous and rude. If you care then respect your neighbors a lot of us are elderly and go to bed early not asking you not to play your music but please respect your neighbors. We respect you and your business

Today is Tuesday October 22, 24. I called at 10:15am and asked one of the guy at the shop whether or not he has 245/45/18 used tire. He confirmed yes. He gave me the price as $60. I told him I will be there at 11:40pm. Once I got there, I told another a big guy who does not speak English this is what I wanted. He gave me a note book to write down the size in which I have already told him 3 times. He went back told another guy (wear Red Polo shirt). I waited another 10 minutes then he walked out and told me he does not have the size. At this point, I recognized his voice this was the guy that I talked on the phone. I told him you said yes to me on the phone this am. All of suddenly, he was screaming at me and raised his voice and told me this: "245 and 235 are the same size...in broken English. I looked at him did not say anything and walked off to my car. He sat down on the chair and said a nasty word. People should stay away from this shop and never want to do business with these people. This kind of behavior should have no place in this country. My last word is this: "you guys should pack-up, close the shop and go back where you came from."

I have used Rubios Tire Shop since 2019. These guys do an excellent job. I never had an issue with them whenever I needed a new tire or a balanced wheel they do the job. They also repaired and resurfaced my bent rim when I hit a curve once, saving me from buying a discontinued rim.

Tire went POP about a block or 2 away from Rubios. Never been there, never even passed by it before. Pulled up and with no words needing to be said they already had the jack out and under my car. It takes my kid longer to buckle up than it did for them to plug it and get us back on the road. It was awesome. I hope I don't have many more holes in my tires, but if i do, Rubios is my place to go now!

the people seemed friendly but that they do not have good customer service their tires could only last a few hours and put you in danger and they do not care

Dude Tried to sell me a bald tire for $55 after i told him it was bald he replied you want a used tire i said yes used not bold smh wont be back (he mounted the tire before he even showed me the tire )
