“Fixed” my tire but it’s still leaking air from their patch. Tried calling back so they can fix it and they won’t answer.

I recently had a steering knuckle span on me. I called asking questions about what I had to do and parts I needed. Even though I only needed a bearing inserted into a new knuckle, Rubio’s nephew was more than happy to offer assistance and knowledge via phone prior to me visiting. Thank you for your service.

Horrible experience! Took my truck in for a simple brake pad change and almost died leaving the shop! Brakes didn't work. Took it back, he called me the next day that it was ready, we tested it out together and again they didn't stop! He hadn't even tested it out before calling me. Two days later I told him I needed to take it somewhere else and I would have to pickup the next day if he wasn't able to fix it. I call the next day to see the status and all of a sudden my radiator is leaking from what looked to be a impact fracture. Do not recoment this mechanic. Will be seeking legal action. Save yourself the trouble.

Don't take your car with Mr Rubio because if they do something wrong to your car he won't honor your warranty and he will charge you again for the same work that you already pay for. I took my truck to replace the retain engine seal that is between the transmission and the engine and I paid like $500 or a little bit more but the truck kept leaking oil and I ask him if he could fix it and he said sure but when he was done fixing it he charge me again $550 dollars so I'll give an advise to anyone that wants to take their car with Mr Rubio. Be prepared to pay double

These guys are hands down the best mechanics I’ve ever dealt with they have always resolved my car issues in a timely manner. Prices are also always reasonable. I recommend this place 100 percent.!
