The owner went out of his way to retrieve my keys from me at my workplace in order to tow my car while I was at work. As a single mom of 2 I cannot afford to miss work he really came thru for me in my situation. Had my car ready for me the next day with full mechanical repairs. 0 complaints from me!

I had to repeatedly remind employees of their request for rims and tires, which suggests a lack of communication and focus within the team. Employees seemed genuine but were unable to maintain task efficiency. I spent over 3 hours initially and an additional 2 hours on a separate day, which indicates inefficiency in service delivery. One of the rims provided was not correct for the vehicle, demonstrating a lack of attention to detail and quality assurance. Employees appeared unsure about handling refunds and failed to follow through without intervention from the owner. Some staff left in company vehicles while the I was still seeking resolution, reflecting poorly on professionalism and accountability. Despite employees being described as well-meaning, their inability to stay focused and resolve the issue contributed to a negative experience.

The best tire shop in Wichita KS!! Rubbr King showed up in good time when I was stranded on the side of the road and changed my tire in a timely manner. I always know who to come to when I have tire or towing issues and they never disappoint!!!

This is the most unprofessional tow company I have ever dealt with in my life. I called them to help me get out of a ditch that I slid into in the snow. A person came and his tow truck got stuck in the snow as well, so they had to call another person from the company to help me. After getting the other tow truck out, they decided to just leave my car there and not help me. Their reasoning was because it was a new employee on the job and they didn’t feel comfortable helping me out. I’m not sure why they couldn’t have just got a different and more experienced person on the job but okay? They were purposely ignoring my calls after I came back and they just disappeared. I know it was on purpose because I used my friends phone after being sent to voicemail 5 times and they picked up my friends phone call on the 2nd ring. Trust me, they are super cheap for a reason. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

If your a woman please go here with a man, The Owner will hit on u , then sell u used tires that barely even last 2 days. When u call and ask him for a refund or replacement he gets very rude & sassy. I would never go here again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! Very unprofessional place ..
