RTR Tires

It's been about 5 months now. I found a used set of tires on marketplace. Was from here and my cc history confirms this. The install of the tires went well. Was satisfied as these tires where bigger and we was not sure if would fit. After I left there, a tpms light come on. It was a late day so I just went home. They are over 1 hr from me so I figured maybe it just needed to wake up after tire change. 2 days, never did. Owner at 1st said I should just come back. Maybe, but again, the distance. They probably won't have a sensor in stock for it. Then said, would reimburse me for it. I went to dodge as this sensor is not that old. But wouldn't be covered under warrenty either as it's been moved to aftermarket wheels. A new oem sensor is 68.00. In our communication, he said he would refund this, as I did use a cc there. I messaged him now multiple times. Never a response again. I was fine replacing it myself, at my cost, but once I put the new sensor in it was obvious to why. It was completely broke off. Gone. Not even in the wheel. He says, let me ask my guys. It's not like they would own it. But someone knew it broke and said nothing. That's she shady employees he hires I guess. So after seeing it was broke and gone, that's when our conversation started, and ended quick. I only wanted what was right to me. I believe I got a good deal from this shop, owner seemed knowledgeable and as cared about the business. But at the end, it doesn't appear so. Blue ram 2500.

Great service and prices, purchased tires from another tire shop they couldn't fit the tires they sold me and couldn't finish the job they started ,I picked up the tires and brought them to RTR. They completed the job in 1/2 hr while dealing with other customers. Super nice and professional as well. I'll be purchasing 4 tires for a mini cooper and all my vehicles from now on . Thank you

I never knew this whole place was so close to me less than 2 1/2 miles from my house. I had called several places needing a good used tire as I had just replaced the tires on my car. Out of all the places I called this place was the fastest and most affordable. To my surprise, they had a used tire that I needed in great condition for only 45 bucks and that included putting it on. Plus, I found out they have a rim specialist and I can have my two back rims that arebent repaired. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Lugar no confiable leyendo los review pienso que rompen las llantas ruedas a propósito para que ,no se ,debe ser inexperiencia en el rubro PERSONAS Y DUEÑO SIN EXPERIENCIA NI EN EL MANEJO DE SERVICIOS NI MENOS POST VENTA ,Tuve que ir a otro lugar y pagar lo que está "empresa" me rompio.

TERRIBLE LUGAR, HAZTE UN FAVOR Y NO VAYAS. TODO ES MIEL SOBRE HOJUELAS HASTA QUE HAY PROBLEMAS, RECONOCEN SU ERROR PERO NO RESPONDEN POR NADA Fui allí para hacer una reparación de mi rueda que estaba pinchada llegue al lugar e hicieron la reparación pagué y me fui. Pero al final del día el sensor mostraba que la rueda estaba completamente desinflada volví al otro día y me doy cuenta que además de que la reparación fue dificiente rompieron el espárrago y tuerca de la llanta, en un principio quien me atendió me dijo que se harían cargo, estuve esperando una semana que reparen el daño pero siempre me tenía que ir pues me daban diferentes escusas ( no ha llegado la pieza, el técnico no está, se enfermo, le duele la rodilla, y más cosas por el estilo) cuando por fin estaba la persona que haría la reparación después de media hora logra sacar la rueda y me dice que para hacer la reparación TENGO QUE PAGAR EL TRABAJO. Le informo que me dijeron que no tendría costo por qué fueron ustedes los que dañaron la pieza entonces me muestra un pequeño cartel que dice que "no se hacen responsables por daños". Le digo cuál es el valor y me dice generalmente cobro 80 más los materiales pero te lo dejo en 60 más materiales, le vuelvo a explicar que me dijeron que sería sin costo, que si me hubiera dicho desde un principio que me cobrarían no esperaba una semana y lo hacía en otro lado pero que en vista de lo que el cartel decía estaba de acuerdo y que realice el trabajo. Al parecer la persona se molesta por mis reclamos (los cuales eran super válidos) coloca la rueda y me dice que me vaya pues ya no hará el trabajo que no quiere mi dinero. Me quedé en shock pensando que era una broma pero no, tuve que retirarme porque me estaban hechando violentamente HAZTE UN FAVOR Y NO VAYAS

Called looking for four used tires for my moms car. She drives very few miles per year. Ambrose was very nice on the phone. Called asking for an appointment he said I could come right away. Showed up they were super professional and friendly despite the extreme heat of the day. I asked for 4 used tires dropped her car, came back and he said she only needed two. So honest! Happened to me one before when I asked for new brakes, I was told I didn't actually need them yet. So refreshing. In this day and age I was happy my mom now has a trusted place should she need any future repairs. I don't live here, was just visiting and worried about the state of her tires and safety. I can rest easy on both. Shout out to the mascot Daisy, she was a cutie! :)
