DON'T EVER USE RSA!!!!! This shop is a group of shade tree mechanics, they don't have a clue on proper diagnostic analysis. They charge for work they can't provide documentation for. The only thing they might be capable off is an oil change, which, my 16 yr old grandson can do. Save yourself money & frustrations. Don't be fooled by their in house & family reviews RSA is garbage.

If u need more than an oil change do not, I repeat do not!!! use this shop. They are not equipped to make diagnostic evaluations. They gave me totally incorrect diagnosis & they could not nor would not show me any documentation to confirm their analysis. They actually charged me a fee for an incorrect diagnostic analysis, that they couldn't show how they came to conclusion, also to make matters worse, once my vehicle was received & inspected by the "REAl" shop, these shade tree mechanics at RSA left numerous parts & components unassembled & wiped out computer codes making the task more complicated for the "REAL" shop. I will be taking them to court, because I don't have money to give away, I hope this review saves the next customer from taking a loss, & going through the frustration. Passed the word DON'T EVER USE RSA , THEY ARE TRASH!!!!

I brought my Lexus RX 350 this morning due some issues with it pulling side to side, Mr. Salvador and his team took a look at the vehicle, found the issue and fixed it within a couple of hours. So grateful for their help getting my car in good condition. Their honesty and integrity is impressive, I will continue to come for my car needs!

The owner Salvador is so friendly. I know nothing about cars and he always treats me with kindness. He explains everything and doesn’t overcharge. Sometimes I feel like auto mechanics overcharge when they see a woman. Not the case at all. If you want fast, great service come see Salvador and his team! They won’t disappoint you. Thanks, Melanie

Sal and his team are very fast and efficient. The price is super reasonable compared to others. Few shop quoted me $600+. Sal quoted me $290 and the service took less than an hour. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a professional no nonsense shop. I will be going again for sure!

Not really sure why they call themselves a muffler shop. I went in, and they told me there was nobody working that day who was qualified to quote my muffler replacement. Called a few days later to be told they aren’t accepting muffler work. If you’re looking for a muffler shop that won’t do any work on a muffler, this is the place for you!

This people are so unprofessional and I paid to fix something on my car last week and the damaged my car more and did not even put the parts on correctly. Now I have been trying to reach them for a week straight now due to my car not being drivable because of them and now they are not answering the phone at all. This is unacceptable and no one should have to go through this when you pay your money for a service. Fyi I didn't even need my parts changed that was changed this shop lied and said I did so I paid because I did not know better so they took advantage of me because I was a girl and I think that's is so unfortunate and unfair especially when I am come to a shop to help fix a problem with my vehicle. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!

Mechanic was nice, professional, honest and affordable. My car flooded and after talking to a couple of mechanics, they pretty much said my car was totaled. Took to Salvador at RSA and I had my car running the next day.

This place is the best mechanic they do the best work I've been with them ever since I bought my car they take care of my car every time I call in they make sure your car is there care in the best of care and I love them I wouldn't trade these guys for nothing in the world
