I took my truck in for several needed repairs. They were polite, knowledgeable and professional. They kept me informed at every stage of repairs, even sending pictures. They were honest about what repairs were actually needed. I cannot recommend them enough.

Thankful for Erika and her husband Kenny for ensuring my vehicle was diagnosed and fixed properly. Erika’s communication skills were thorough and her husband Kenny is a kind and skilled individual that knows his mechanics. My 99 GMC was well taken care of from an engine misfire, as well as taking care of my leaking valve covers. Although the vehicle isn’t my daily driver, they had it back to me in 2 days. Very skilled people at this shop and fairly priced for the knowledge and service they provide. These folks will be my mechanics moving forward. Thank you Erika and Kenny! 🙏🏼

I had leak in my airbag system on my truck and other shops couldn’t find nor fix the situation. Took my truck to RPM and they were great! Located the leak, installed some new parts, gave me a few options on an Airlift system, etc. Customer service was top notch, very communicative, and responsive. Ultimate test was this cold front that just moved in and I found no leaks or issues or needing to air up. I’ll definitely be going back and using them again for further maintenance and things.

I recently had shorty headers on my 15 Silverado installed at RPM Services, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. Not only did they do an outstanding job with the installation, but they also managed to have my vehicle ready the same day! From the start, they were completely upfront about the costs, with no hidden surprises. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and answering all my questions. Amazing shop, if you need legitimate work done to your vehicle, I can highly recommend coming here. I came in for a clutch/flywheel installation. They kept me updated and let me know what needed fixing ASAP instead of just doing it and charging me afterword. If you love your car, take it here.

Just got off the phone with RPM to ask if they’d be able/willing to do suspension work on a very old truck for me considering the rust and it not being something big chain shops are familiar with. I haven’t even gotten my truck in there yet and I can already tell this shop is thorough, know exactly what they’re talking about, friendly and trustworthy. I’ve always done the work on this truck myself over the years. It will be nice knowing I have a shop I can feel comfortable with working on the first truck I ever drove. I’ll see y’all Friday.

These guys pretty much do everything from something as simple as an oil change to internal engine issues, electrical, ac, suspension…. and have helped me in a pinch! My truck is my lively hood and when I’ve needed something fixed in a timely manner they have got me in and worked with my schedule to get my truck back on the road. They are the only shop I have been able trust in 20 plus years.

I can’t express how happy I am with the work that was done on my car. I finally found a shop I can trust and is very knowledgeable! They do a great job with breaking down what needs to be done and answered all my questions. My car was fixed in a timely manner. I won’t be letting anyone else touch my car but them!

Can’t stress enough how dissatisfied I am with RPM. They scammed me out of a clutch when the issue was the clutch cable. I spent $2,100 on parts / labor just to have the same sloppy clutch pedal as before. Dishonest and unprofessional is the RPM way.

I had my 2003 gmc over heat on me I had it towed to there shop for repairs not only did they get my vehicle in same day but called me 1hour after dropping it off to tell me what was wrong with it and the pricing they where fair reasonable also said it could be done same day if needed I had them fix it and truck has been running with no issues sense highly recommend and will continue too do business with this kind family owned an operated shop thank you guys

I met Kenny and Erika a few years back when they were just getting started. I've witnessed them go from firing off an LLC, to now having a fully outfitted shop, insurance, top quality equipment and tools. They started out taking care of some of my overload on my vehicles to now maintaining my company's entire fleet of trucks, and all of my personal vehicles. These are top notch mechanics, and even better people. Kenny, Erika and Michael are one heck of a team! I highly recommend this business.

My vehicle broke down on me on the highway my husband had our Yukon towed to there shop sense they have worked on his truck in the past once we got there they let me sit in the waiting room while they diagnosed the vehicle and I waited on my ride it took them maybe less then an hour to figure out what was wrong and gave me the pricing to get it fixed we said yes and they had it fixed by the next day great people and Erika was the best at keeping me company glad to support a local family owned business thank you Micheal and Kenny
