... THE NEXT DAY MY VEHICLE SMOKING NOT 1 DROP OF OIL , I LEFT VEHICLE 2 GET OIL CHANGE & OTHER WORK DONE AS WELL & ......I HAD ALREADY POSTED GREAT REVIEW. UNKOWING 2 ME .....💔😭😱🤦‍♀️ WHEN I NOTICED THESE ISSUES... MY AC IN BACK OF MY YUKON STOP WORKING.... I PURCHASED NEW MOTOR & BLOWER 4 BOTH FRONT & BCK RECENTLY HAD REPAIRED. FRONT AC WRKS BCK DOESNT ANYMORE. SINCE IVE BEEN HERE LAST , I NOTICED MY TRCK RANSACKED IN FRONT CUBBY BCK SEAT & TRUNK OF MY YUKON ALL MY THINGS MOVED AROUND & HAD NO REASON 2 ENTER MY VEHICLE, 2 DAY 1/08/2025. HEATER IN FRONT & BCK OF MY VEHICLE NOT WORKING AT ALL. ....THESE R ISSUES I HAVE NOW.. WITH .MY VEHICLE AC / HEATER WAS WORKING FINE TILL I TOOK MY VEHICLE 2 THIS PLACE"!

We’re do I begin I went to Randy cause of a mutual acquaintance we had I went for a simple water pump , before that I had my AC fixed by AC 3 weeks ago and it was awesome I went to phoenix and California but also had my rack and opinion fixed 4 months earlier so everything was brand new, so know driving back to San Antonio my water 💦 pump went out I dropped it off and they fixed it, The next thing I know my AC unit went out and then all these so called leakedes I had so I went back they told me for my AC it would take 690.00 to fix my AC remember I never had a problem so I told them no why would that happened if I never had a problem next thing that happened my oil engine went on so I took it back they claimed it was the oil censored 🤬 they charged it but it kept cumming on, I took it twice they couldn’t fixed my AC or my oil light sensor finally my regular Mechanico came back from Covid guess what was the problem my AC was out cause some mechanic took out the AC and my oil sensor oil was acting up cause someone put a oil filter I don’t use and it was clogged up that’s why my oil sensor was acting up and and my ACfreon once the proper amount was added everything is working awesome 👏 if I listened to rbm I would of spend almost 1,000 dollars all I did was take it back to my guy but I will get a refund guaranteed for everything it cost me time and lies and the water pump they put on is leaking rbm is really not the place to take you’re car the mechanics there are thieves

I have been a customer at RPM for many years. I have took in my van my daughter's cars and my wife's truck. This last time I needed a transmission installed in my van which they were going to charge me $850 plus another $200 programming fee. I was fine with that but when they found out that the company had given me a warranty and was willing to pay some of the labor they immediately went and Jack the price up to $1,600 double dipping. They have lost a loyal customer that believe they were there to help us. I searched and found a closer mechanic shop to where I live Torres mechanic shop on 181. They did it for $850 no programming fee because there is no programming on that transmission and had it running in no time.

Staff is very friendly, their prices are fair and the services on my vehicles have always been exceptional. It's very hard nowa days to find competant, and honest mechanics so for that reason, I will drive across town to have my vehicle serviced by RPM. The owner is very attentive and goes out of his way to accommodate his customers. I recommend RPM for any vehicle repairs.

Most horrible and worst experience. Nothing but lazy workers don’t want to help. Sadly, this is my first and last time ever passing by this place. I brought my vehicle for an alignment. I waited out in front for about 10 minutes. There was a female worker there kept going in and out and not even caring to help me. Finally, a guy comes out and I told him I needs an alignment. He tells me to go the other way. I do that and he just totally ignored me like I never pulled up. They were several mechanics, all of which just ignored me like I was not even there. The guy that told me to go around the corner and park my alignment was too busy in there, munching on snacks and sodas. Unprofessional people I’ve ever seen in a mechanic shop. I would definitely be spreading the word about this place. I don’t know how they have a 4.6 review.

Frist of all we liked the fact this place has the best prices in San Antonio, other businesses wants to get rich quick and we don't care for that. So as long as prices are reasonable we will continue taking our business with RPM, thanks!
