Took a couple of trailer tires to get mounted . They said they would probably be ready the next day which was fine. They called a few hours later and had them ready to pick up! Also helped me load them in my truck ! Two thumbs up !

My car was at junkyard's deaths door. Royson’s K & A revived my car and now it drives like new. I don’t take care of my car as well as others. I’m one of those people who slap a bandaid on the issue when in reality it needs to be fixed and or replaced. I just fill it up with gas, change the oil, and check the tire pressure. That’s all. But when my cars check engine light came on, and my car started shaking like a blender, then I smelled burnt rubber; I knew it was bad. Real bad. My car needed A LOT of parts replaced. You name it, Royson’s K & A replaced it. Royson’s K & A did such an amazing job with my car, I don’t wanna go anywhere else. Thank you, thank you Royson’s K & A! You have a client for life!

The lady that works there is very unpleasant and rude and I believe has ripped me off more than once by being intentionally vague in what exactly is going on with my car mechanically. When I had an issue she yelled at me and acted very aggressive, even though I was polite and respectful about it. She has good car knowledge but her attitude is extremely off putting and weird, never coming back here again.

Horrible experience. I would not recommend to anyone. I dropped my vehicle off the first of the week just after opening. I called once in the middle of the week to inquire about progress and the best the lady could say is they haven't even looked at the vehicle yet. She calls at the end of the week telling me they have not done anything and not sure when they can or will. Carolyn, the front desk lady is rude, acts as if you're interrupting her day with a simple phone call. When I dropped the vehicle off she was far from willing to assist. I should have known then nothing would go well.

This is the second time I have relied on Royson's K&A Automotive to repair a problem with my car. The first was only a window motor but this time I had coolant running out of my head. I was convinced that a blown head or the gasket needed to be replaced. A big expensive repair! The car has been running badly for a while. Skipping and getting hot. They very quickly diagnosed that my intake manifold was cracked. Bad but not nearly as bad as I had feared. When I picked up the car and got it home, it had a small problem related to the ignition problem they were also repairing. So I called Carolyn at Royson's and let her know it had started running badly on the way home. She promptly sent her guys to my house to pick up the car and take it back to the shop,deal with the issue and then bring it back to my house. The problem fixed, a humble apology and not one more penny. Royson's really took good care of me and that is rare these days. My last mechanic retired because of COVID. I am confident I have found my new mechanic and am grateful for the solid work and for them standing behind it. For not taking advantage of an older person with an outrageous repair bill. I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone in need of a mechanic.

Found my Chevy Astro cargo van years ago at a shady looking car lot up near Lake Murray but before I bought it I paid K+A go over it in detail. I followed their advice . I did certain repairs and maintenance they recommended and it all turned out great for years. This year they replaced the whole ac system,front and rear struts and other things old age required. They have treated me fairly in price , prompt service and no hollow promises before they have checked it out. I would recommend them to anyone. ///////// UPDATE; God bless anybody works for a living but I no longer go there. It is not the same people or service. After a series of bad experiences they kept explaining(?) I went somewhere I used to go and got things done correctly. I wish I had not been as patient as I was. I am much more satisfied and trusting where I go now!!!!!

I have always trusted Royson's to bring my automobiles to for repairs. They will tell you honestly any problems, the diagnosis, and what it will cost to repair. There are no hidden charges, and they will guarantee their work. It is a relief to know there are still repair shops out there doing the right thing.

Terrible customer service. I have been there twice to inquire about getting services done and both times the lady at the desk acts like she just doesn’t have the time to bother with talking to me. Tried to ask what services they offer so I know if I’m at the right place and she just dismisses me like I’m bothering her. Will never go again.

I took my car there in the morning on friday and they had it fixed by close on friday. I have had the car to 3 different shops and no one could find the problem and they quickly did. They fixed it quickly and did not RIP me off either. This is an amazing shop and I intend on continuing to take my cars there to be serviced!! If you don't use Royson K&A auto repair you are missing out!

Their website describes in great detail how much they know about Fiat. When I tried to schedule a time for them to work on my Fiat, both the Columbia and Blythewood locations said they don't work on them. Please be advised!
