Great dealership with wonderful staff! I’ve been going here for 5 years and continue to have great service. They always talk with me about maintenance updates I need without being pushy to sell me every upgrade. They work hard to ensure my car is ready the day I drop it off and communicate throughout the entire day via text. I appreciated the communication and website they use to make repair updates.

Called to see if they can repair a coolant leak. Unfortunately they don’t want to deal with cars older than 2010.

Buying my car here was OK- they had what I wanted. However, the service department has been dishonest with me on multiple occasions.

We went here and Mary Osborne helped us to get me my new car she was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. So far, our experience has not been great. The support received buying our car here was excellent. However, for the same problem, our service representative has failed to call us back 5 times now. I'm sure they're busy, but "forgetting" to call back five times is terrible service. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because everyone has been fine except for the person assigned to help us.

So kind and considerate of my time, great customer service found and fixed a tire that had a nail in it. They also set up SD card for my Navigation. Altogether great experience. I'm thrilled to have Mazda on my side.

This service center is great, I don't leave reviews but everyone is so nice and fast and helpful. I've worked with Lee each time and it's always much easier than I expect.
