The best mechanic! Very honest and professional, he doesn’t sell you on anything you don’t truly need. He fixed my car that I was told was nearly impossible to fix and my moms for half the price I was quoted at another shop.

The auto mechanic, Salam Aldulaimi, was more than helpful to me. My steering wheel was vibrating. Salam volunteered to go with me to test drive my car. He then put it on the rack and diagnosed a problem with my right rear tire. I replaced the tires elsewhere and the problem was solved. Salam communicated well, was kind, and showed me the problem. I will definitely return for mechanical work.

I recently had my check engine light come on due to a possible EVAP leak code. While other shops were recommending I pay for a diagnostic and a smoke test, Salem from Royal Gas and Auto Service visually inspected my car and recommended I get my spark plugs replaced. While my car was getting worked on, I had to be clocked into work so my brother had to take my car to the shop. Salem gave my brother a ride to and from the shop at no extra cost. Truly humane service that is hard to find these days amongst a plethora of mechanics that want to upcharge you due to the public's lack of knowledge on their cars. Out of concern of not doing a smoke test, I questioned Salem and he assured me not to worry, and that I will definitely pass emissions. Lo and behold, I drove the car to Ocean City and back after the service and no check engine light came on. I drove straight to get my emissions done at another shop and passed. Thank You Royal Gas and Auto for providing genuine and honest service.

I got a flat tire nearby and went to this shop in desperation. He said he could patch up the tire but it wouldn’t be safe to drive and if I were his own daughter, he’d get a new tire for them. So that’s what we did, got a new tire the next morning and it took less than 10 minutes! So thoughtful and caring. Would recommend this shop for future car needs.

I came to this shop by accident because I drove over a parking curb and thought I put a hole in something. Salam was incredibly kind and offered to put my car on the block to check if there were any issues. He did a once over of the whole car to make me feel at ease. Not once did he pressure me to buy anything, and he gave me advice on what care would likely be needed in the future. Thankfully, I didn’t put a hole in anything but I did need new brakes. He is an incredible mechanic, trustworthy, and affordable. Thank for everything, Salam!

This is the best and most honest garage I've ever been to, hands down. I have been here many times and have never had a bad experience. If Salam tells me my car needs something significant, I know that it truly does, because when it doesn't, he tells me, rather than lying or upselling to make more money. I have never had a recurring issue after he's done a repair. Excellent skill and care, great customer service. I would give him 6 stars if I could, he's the best!

Not only is Royal Gas & Auto Service a well-priced and convenient location for gas fill-up, but the auto service shop is excellent. Salam, the owner, is both professional and accountable. His attention to detail is absolutely top. I was in a precarious situation and under a deadline far from home when he handled my car impeccable, quickly and at a fair price. When I recently needed BOTH mechanical and body work on my car, I went to Royal Gas & Auto Repair. I could not have been more pleased. The name of the shop is appropriate since Salam treated me like royalty and returned my car looking terrific. I felt like I was driving a new vehicle. Salam is friendly and professional. He genuinely cares about his customers. We will be using his services for all necessary auto maintenance in the future.

Gas filled extremely slowly and then spilled all over my car because it didn’t automatically stop pumping. Way more expensive then other gas stations too.

I had a big adulting moment and went to get my car serviced for the first time (rear left brake light was out). It took 4 minutes from the time I pulled into the shop to when I had to pay. Salam at Royal Gas and Auto Service was an exceptional help to me in a panicked moment. My car shuddered to a stop on the interstate in heavy traffic - I towed (via Georgetown Towing, who I also highly recommend!) it to a mechanic I had previously worked with. This person I thought I trusted asked me to pay $2600 for basic fixes and charged me a $178 diagnostic fee. I thought I was going to have to give up my car. I told them I couldn’t afford to pay that and called 4 new mechanics & got 4 different outrageous prices. I was then recommended by AK at Georgetown Towing to call Salam - we talked and I didn’t hesitate to do business with him. He didn’t try to charge me for things I couldn’t afford/didn’t need right then and there, nor did he charge a fee to look at the car. He provided excellent, fast work and was by far the fairest price in the DMV area. I will begin taking my car here for repairs and basic maintenance, and encourage you to so, too! Thanks! Julie

Salam, the mechanic, is by far the best mechanic I have dealt with over the past years. He provides great diagnostic which is usually free and charges fair price to fix any issues with your car. Great personality too and super fast service. Highly recommend getting your car fixed with Salam!

Visiting from out of town, just stopped in to get gas and some provisions on my way thru to my next stop. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly, the store was clean and the price of fuel was cheaper than the bigger chain stations a mile up the road. Have a wonderful day! 💕
