I went to several shops to get my car fixed. I took my car to Lonnie Roberts and they had my car for a whole week and did Not fix it. I found Royal Automotive and he fixed my car within an hour. I'm so glad I found Royal Tech. They were friendly fast and reasonable for the price. I think I've found the shop that I will deal with concerning my Mercedes-Benz....Thank you so much!! This place doesn’t care about you they just care about making money. The prices are ridiculous and completely unreasonable. $100 for a diagnostic test without doing anything to help the issue is a SCAM.

Fantastic service! Royal Automotive Techs came at a recommendation from another mechanic I trust who didn't have the means to do the transmission (conductor plate) repair. When needed, I'll definitely trust and return to Royal Automotive Techs for my repair needs.

My BMW had a radiator installed and a month or two later my radiator light came on. I topped it off with antifreeze. Went a couple of months before I saw the light again. The new radiator had a leak. ROYAL AUTOMOTIVE honored my warranty, and replaced the radiator with no charge to me. Thanks ROYAL AUTOMOTIVE 💯

This place came highly recommended as a repair shop that specializes in Mercedes. I left highly disappointed. I informed them that I had a lug bolt that a tire place was unable to remove as they were prone to shearing off. They promptly sheared it off then immediately pointed the finger at the last place that put the tire on a year ago. Though the cause of the issue may have been true, they were not the least bit interested in trying to help me solve the issue.

They were great in reasonably priced another shop we wanted to charge $400 more for the same work if you have a Mercedes this is the place to go if you live near Columbia... Way better than the shop I was using while I lived in Charlotte

Took my Range Rover Sport for battery light reading and the staff took care of it nicely. Parts were ordered and I was called before and after completion. Hours of operation were good and complementary becerage provided while I waited to pay. Lady at front desk is also very nice. Thanks.

Royal Automotive is top notch. This was the first time I’ve use Royal. Mr Norman Miller and and his guys did outstanding work on my wife’s Volvo and they did it in a very timely manner and a very reasonable price. The shop was very clean and professional looking. If we ever need service on our vehicles in the future I will not hesitate to use their services again.
