Even though Steve is very very rude and wouldn't let me talk, however he talked over me the entire time, on more than one occasion, I am aware that he is a hard working business man and is trying his best. He could improve on his tendency to yell, but I think he has a great, local small company!

We have taken our numerous cars to Steve and his crew for a long while now, as have our friends who referred us to him. They provide excellent service, explain the things that are wrong and help put your priority fixes in order. He always provides me with a quote and has never tried to charge more. We don't have new cars, so having a good mechanic is a huge blessing for our family. We wouldn't trust anyone else. We have been screwed by bad mechanics too many times who try to sell you everything you don't need. This won't happen at Royal!

I don't trust anyone but Steve and his crew. I have an older van and Steve has always been intentional about explaining what a problem may be and gives a fair estimate when I need one after a problem is identified.. As a single women I don't worry about being ripped off. A friend of mine referred me here because they have always taken care of my friends vehicles. These guys are the guys everyone wish they knew. They will give it to you straight, they don't screw you around and they have extremely competitive pricing. Don't get messed around, visit Steve and his team at Royal for a good fair deal and an excellen job!
