I took in my rs7 to this shop for a freon refill, they were quick, easy and effortless with amazing service i would reccomend coming here for any problem as they also offer 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty because of the confidence of their repairs. Royal Auto is a great business.

We went to Gary as a business (B2B) (fleet of 150+ cars) to find out that our company vehicles were being driven to restaurants, home locations, and god knows where. 40+ Miles driven within two days (as seen on our GPS) and gas used. These acts are unprofessional. Considering the google listing states 'insurance company' I figure Gary uses this business as a side hustle - however please be cautious as he may use your vehicles for his personal desires. He's lost all business from us due to lack of timely responses (it took 4 days for him to prepare an estimate), driving our vehicles unauthorized to home address', and constant days where we're ignored. Would not recommend to any business due to these risks, and would be cautious when working with him.

Gary is the best in the world. He found a good engine and took the old trashed engine out of my Audi and put a new one in. He put new timing belt in and other parts to make sure it was 100% reliable for me as much driving I do. It’s been 6 months and not a single problem and it’s has 34,000 miles on it and it runs like new. If he sees a bad part he’s going to tell you. Listen to Gary and his brother. He knows what’s up and very reasonable.

Took my Jetta in for a second opinion. Meineke wanted to way over charge. Gary was awesome and found a turbo for the lowest price. Set a day to have him replace it for me and it was finished that same day. It’s been a few weeks since I got it done and my car has been driving amazing ever since! I would not return to this business for any type of service nor refer anyone.You know, you do your homework to ensure your looking to find a place that'll do good and honesty work along with providing good customer service so you can continue to return; knowing your car is in good hands every time. I did not receive that here. I got my brakes worked on and a radio installed. He seemingly did good work with my brake pads, but not so much with the installation of my radio. I paid for a warranty along with the service. And the man (Gary) refused to look at my tuner for my satellite radio to work properly, and the navigation doesn't work and the radio install was overall poor because it hangs low over the vents. Also, I wasted time communicating other work that needed to be done on my vehicle. Constantly having to chase him down, never answering his phone. So, I had to do my homework again looking for a whole other place. And after all the inconvenience and poor work with my radio (incomplete work), he had the audacity to have an attitude with me. And refused completeling work that I paid for. I can't stand a male who gets an attitude for absolutely no reason. I was disappointed with him but never disrespectful. But, whatever. I found someone better to do the work behind him. Like, if you don't want business or to work... Just say that and I won't bother you and take my money elsewhere. Simple.

Gary and Sam at Royal auto are the best in the business they are honest and fair and do a great job on my car. I would not take it anywhere else. Honest mechanics are hard to find and I feel lucky I have them as my mechanic

These guys are a scam, your better off taking your car to the dealership and getting banged over the head, at least they'll do it right. Sent my vehicle in and having the same issue a week later. Save yourself a headache go somewhere else.

I was traveling through Vegas on a Saturday afternoon when my AC started acting up. This was the only repair shop open so I gave them a try. They stayed open late getting my van fixed so I could get back on the road with my family. Great guys, great service, fair price. I highly recommend Royal Auto!

Gary is The BEST !!! after a Very Bad experience with. CARSNV Auto Repair Shop at Las Vegas I took the Car to ROYAL AUTO and GARY was a Live Saver for me. He’s Shop suppose to close at 7pm and he stay till 10pm just to Repair my Audi A5. Thank you Gary you are the Best. Definitely I will recommend this repair shop to anyone.

Gary was wonderful. Our Escalade broke down while traveling to San Diego. Unfortunately it needed a new engine. Gary allowed us to store the Escalade at his location until I could get a new engine delivered. He would have let us store it there regardless if we used him to install it or not. The engine came and they did a great job with the repair. Super happy. Good honest people. I would recommend them without question. Thanks again for making a horrible situation pleasant for the circumstances.

After reading reviews I had high hopes that this would be a reputable auto shop. I needed an alternator & they quoted me a fair price for after market part. A mix up w/my bank had my payment delayed by 2 days. Gary had a fit & increased the price saying I didn’t qualify for any discounts since my payment was late. Ok fine. Paid & drove home. Next day same problem. Had it towed back to shop. They didn’t touch the car for two weeks & then finally said that MY battery fried the fuse box panel & new alternator. Had to purchase a fuse panel & battery. I will say that he did honor his warranty on the alternator, but was not very professional about it even blaming me for it being faulty saying a cigarette charger was the cause. I explained I hadn’t even used that charger, but he preferred to debate the issue w/me so I let it go. In the end it took nearly 2 months before my car was returned operational. He charged me twice for battery configuration even though it was his error. On my receipt the charges for the same service are different. My car was returned filthy from his storage lot w/the trunk latch dangling & an interior panel removed. Cost me more $ than going to the dealer once I add the cost for Lyft fares & car rentals for 2 mos. I really felt as though once he had my money fixing my car was no longer his priority.

I live out of state and my car broke down on a Saturday and when they were close to closing. Instead of turning me away or having me wait until Monday, they went out of their way to ensure I get home safely. That meant so much as a female and being here alone. I give them 5 stars for speedy diagnosis and the great job they did fixing my mercedes benz. Great customer service , speedy diagnosis, excellent repair,and even picking me up when they were finished. This company is superior to any other auto repair companies I know . Thank you Royal Auto!

Its Extremly rare that you can find an Honest Reliable Trusting affordable auto mechanic and I found 1 here at Royal Auto . Gary is the owner and he treated me with the up most respect and professionalism just from 1st phone call. He gave me apptment time, my car went immediately in and Gary kept me updated w textes..i didnt have to call him and my car was ready within 1 hr as he promised. Gary also checked all my fluids to ensure car was perfect. Gary is super nice and very pleasant. Explains everything. I will only TRUST all my cars being maintained and repaired at Royal Auto and will be referring all my friends. TRUST ME!! YOU'LL BE SO GLAD YOU DID!!!!
