This shop is great with a trust worthy team. I drive from downriver to see these guys because I know they will do right by me. I’ve had exhaust work done here on my truck. Recently just took my girlfriend’s car here and they worked out a fair price for me to get new tie rods, axle, wheel bearing and more. Car drives like new! Thanks guys.

Got an alignment and new ball joints on a 2010 Civic; I dealt with Karem who was helpful and super friendly and the time estimate he gave me was just about as predicted. Great job guys!

This place has change management and the addiction to this the quality and service has been not at its best! I had to take my vechial elsewhere and found out parts was stolen off my vehicle! Catalytic converter and misdiagnosis of my vehicle. Stop and cut your losses and take your vehicle elsewhere.

This was my first time coming to Royal auto clinic and I must say not only was I pleased with the price, the gentleman in the front’s name was Al, and he was very knowledgeable and informative. It doesn’t hurt that he’s got a beautiful smile as well. He took the time to make sure I needed everything I got and gave me a great price. I also had my oil changed. Although it was hard finding the parts for my car he called everywhere he needed and got in his own personal car to pick up the parts for me so I didn’t have to wait. Very kind. I enjoyed it and I will be back . Car runs awesome and stops on a dime !

Whoever said these guys is good must got paid off or just needed a light bulb change ..my car was diagnosed wrong 3 times an I came out of money all 3 times ..then when I go back in rage he tells me I'm not giving u money back but my car still was doin the same thing he never fixed the problem then he told me he'll will fix the problem only if I sign a paper saying if it stops on me after he fix it thus time it's not his fault an can't bring it back to him they are trash an got one old man working on my car

On Aug 23rd 2021 I brought my car to Royal auto to get a noise checked out. They charged me $45 to screw something back on my car and the noise never stopped. After picking my car up I notice they had scrapped my front end. I called the next day to see what happened, if it was another customer or if it was a mechanics fault. I even left a note on the front door to let them know that I noticed the very same day. When I called back that following Monday I got yelled at and hung up on only to later get an apology blaming it on “blood sugar”. The owner contacted me shortly after apologizing and had his employee also apologize and said they would look into it but then asked did I go to a Walmart or any other store trying to blame it on anyone else. I contacted the owner who advised me to give him a few days to check the cameras , he never reached back out to me. I even called the shop on Thursday Sept. 2nd , the employee told me his boss would reach out to me the next day. Tomorrow is Labor Day and I’m realizing that I have to just take this as a loss because they are not honest people and will not own up to their mistake. Not only is my car still making the noise which turns out to be my fuel pump going back that they didn’t even catch but now I have to pay to get the front of my car fixed because of someone else’s mistake. I will never do business with these people again.

The staff at Royal Auto clinic are very nice, respectful and professional. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my repairs, he also explained everything to me in great detail. I would recommend Royal Auto Clinic to my family and friends!!
