Jeff and Kim run a great business. They don't recommend unneeded repairs or push on repairs that can be delayed. They deliver on promises at an affordable price. I highly recommend Metcalf Automotive.

WOW great service , My daughters' widow was repaired by Pepe boy and 2 weeks later it was broken again, they would not even bring the window back up and wanted to charge $500 + for repair again. Roy's helped her by pulling the window up at no charge until she could afford the cost for someone to repair it. That's Service We will be having them do our service from here on out. Nice people I've fixed my AC on two vehicles and the second time they told me my corvette had some small problems that needed to be repaired and they did a great job with that as well. The cars are doing great!

Best place to get a catalytic converter guard installed in Tucson! I have a 2009 Prius and wanted to install a catalytic converter guard to prevent theft. Excellent service, friendly, and on time. I would recommended them for all future services.

They did the best work on my truck. I was told I needed another engine by another shop. I needed a second opinion. It was what I thought it was all along. They honest and fixed my truck up real good. Excellent service and professionalism! They repaired my motor mounts and torque mount that were either worn or improperly installed from a previous repair. They worked hard and got the job done the same day for a very reasonable price. This shop is highly recommended!

I have dealt with this office about 3 times in the past year. Each time the staff was very friendly with decent pricing. One of the few places that also doesn’t offer military discount. I came here to have my side view mirror repaired and then I had to come back to get this glass replaced because it fell off. A few months later it just fell off AGAIN and they refused to replace it. I ended having to go somewhere else and pay more to get it fixed properly since they messed it up twice. I am disappointed. Sometimes it’s better to just pay for quality!
