Good Customer service Experience, Nickol, Edward and Randy did an awesome job today. Edward was very kind and understanding while Randy helped me diagnosed my car. We ended up saving money and they were honest about how I could resolve the issue. Will be definitely be coming back to Rosario Tires, I really enjoy all the employees they treat each other like family and thats good to see. Thank you guys

I originally went for Notary public work and asked how much it would be to change my cabin air filter. They were very nice to work with. They did everything in 10 minutes. I will definitely be returning!

If I could give it -0 stars I would. I brought my car to this place since is 5 mins away from my house, to have the 2 front tires replaced. I bought the tires, I just needed the service. Everything went well until 2 months later the tire pressure light was acting up, even when the tires were completely full. I took it to the dealer to be checked. ROSARIO TIRES AND SERVICES DECIDED TO HOLD THE TIRE SENSOR WITH 8 ZIP TIPES INSTEAD OF PUTTING IT BACK IN PLACE. THE SENSOR WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED AND IT COST ME $200 TO HAVE IT FIXED. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP, THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

This place is a total ripoff. Tried charging me $15 each for valve stems. Autozone across the street has them for $2.49 each. Do not do business with these people. Hidden costs/ fees everywhere. Update: Installed in my garage in an hour with hand tools. They tried to make it sound like it would be impossible for me to do at home. The employee said “you’re either going to end up coming back here or bringing it somewhere else”. $180 to install 4 tires and valve stems for an ATV. Total joke. Stop trying to rip people off, it took me an hour with hand spoons. You could have done in 15 mins with a tire machine.

I wanted to like this place because a family member recommended it to me plus it was closer to my house. They were Dishonest. Almost spent a lot of money for something that wasn’t that big of a deal. Took it to a different shop and got everything fixed for less money.
