Reaching my own comfort zone. And you took the lead where I left off and fixed the issues. And then satisfied my dads questions and then fixed his car. I would say you earn a bit of trust hear. I left a message at your online 'make an appointment' site. Within 15 minutes, a received a phone call asking how you could help. You offered me a same day appointment. I came in, within 30 minutes was done, and the problem fixed. Very helpful staff, clean waiting area. Thank you! When I need to, I plan on returning to Romita!

I believe they did everything they were supposed to do pretty well. The only thing that I could comment on is that when they called me to tell me how much it was they did not give me the complete price, only the price of parts of Labor. The bill came to a couple hundred dollars more than it was initially quoted. Otherwise nice people.

Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and accurately. The good folks at Romitas worked with me to ensure my vehicle spent as little time in the shop and ensured I knew what was going on by explaining the function of each repair/replacement, the reason why any cost seemed high, and possibilities of partial fixes. Labor prices are clearly posted and parts are reasonably priced. I am pretty handy with most fixes, but the fix for my problem (new plugs, wires, and ignition coils) was beyond what I wanted to preform due to the location of three of the plugs and having to lift the manifold (bolts are up against the firewall and gap between manifold and body was too small for my hands. The shop offers online payment and the convenience of picking up after hours with the use of a combination lock box. Instructions are sent once payment is made. Vehicles are parked in a well lit and video monitored location. The shop will answer questions when they can and won't offer filler or fluff when they don't have an answer. You will likely have to call for updates, though.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. Over charge people, they didn't fix the problem. Nothing but lazy youngsters walking around messing up the cars more. They do this so when ppl take thier car back they charge more. Ppl go somewhere else this place is arip off.

Service is very professional and fast. Tech will explain the problem and how they repair it They will first contact you of the problem before they proceed with it. They also will offer a credit program if you don't have the money to pay on the spot. Su servicio es rapido y profecional los technics te explication el problema y como se resuelve. Los technicos te llaman primero antes de que se aga el trabajo por si no tienen suficiente dinero. Te ofrecen credito para que te ayudes en ese momento.

I would not come here they did the back brakes costed $600.00 they did not bleed the brakes or put brake fluid. They said they don't do that than they should of said that before I drove off It could of been a danger for me and the kids..the brakes gave out in 2 months because they did not bleed them or let me know. They would of had a lawsuit if something happened to us. They just over priced you and do not do the job right for what you paid them.. please be careful.

Way to pricey for them to do my back breaks for 600$ and not bleed them , me and my children where driving around no break fluid and the breaks weren’t stopping so I called them to get the car tooken in and they tried charging me another 100 for a vehicle inspection knowing what the problem was already . I am going to the bbb . This is unacceptable and they said it’s not their fault when I’m sure every one knows when you get breaks done you bleed them . So now I had to pay another 130 for the breaks to be bleed cause they where saying “ they don’t do that when they do breaks “ so i recommend no one come here , oh and they towed my car their n then i had to find a way back cause the tow back was 130$ and whole time its cause one thing they didn’t do n arent owning up to ,
