I can't express my gratitude enough to Romes Auto Specialist, especially Romel and Paul. My 2005 Chevy Silverado 3500 Diesel 6.6L. broke down and it had been a nightmare until I found this gem of a mechanic shop. After countless disappointments elsewhere, Romel and Paul's expertise in diesel engines finally provided the accurate diagnosis and thorough repair my truck needed. Every penny spent was unquestionably worth it. Now, I can confidently drive my dream truck with a strong, reliable engine. My first transaction with Rome's was an alignment job and I really liked that they didn't try to up sell anything else. A few days later my wife's Sienna was making a weird sound. I took it in and they diagnosed the issue (water pump) I had them take care of it. Less than a year later I heard the same sound and took it back. They confirmed it was a bad part, took it in and called me when it was ready and didn't charge me a single dime. They owned it completely and apologized. That's great service!! Thank you, to all of the staff from Patty to everyone else. If you ever need a diagnosis or repair go see them they will do you right!!

These guys know what there doing and they are very good and honest about what the problem is and what needs fixing. I recommend them for my steering angle sensor for my frs fixed. It has been modified and they were able to complete the job. Just give them a call and they would be happy to help.

I am picky who works on my car, after a bad experience another mechanic, I felt like royalty at Rome’s Auto Specialist. They are so courteous, they were able to find a problem with my car within a few hours of having it and gave me a solution to fix it right away. After explaining my situation to the mechanic he was able to get my car done before the afternoon so I could make it to my date on time. Even went as far out of his way to let me drive myself to work for the test drive to figure out the problem and then he drove my car back to the shop so I would not have to pay for a ride To work. They were super friendly through the whole process always keeping me up-to-date on my car and explaining everything that they had found so that I could understand what was going on. Have a wonderful waiting room with a nice couch Roku television nice drinks and coffee to accommodate you for your stay. Even though you will not be staying here long because they work very fast they do such a good job as well. They were able to work with my warranty company even though my warranty company was a grouch and very rude the whole time we were dealing with them Romel and his crew kept their patients and wore smiles the whole day and worked with them and they were able to get my car all back up and running. Thank you for everything Romel I am definitely a customer of yours for life. I will always bring my car to you if you are available and I would highly recommend the same for you reading this. If you’re deciding to take this Mechanic based off of the reviews? Then you will hear many stories just like mine on how amazing these people are.

Was referred to Rome's by friends and family. Went over and was greeted well, they were helping and attentive to my car issue. Great service reasonable prices, they're very knowledgeable and great work. Iv continued to take my vehicles for the past year, definitely recommend. 👍🏼
