Recently went in for some car work that required my front bumper to be off, when I went back to pick up my car I did not notice that they had lost a light bracket which held my low beam light in place while still at the shop and by the time I got home the whole light covering fell completely leaving my light bulb exposed. They didn’t get back to me in regards to fixing it. I had to purchase it myself which wasn’t much, but it’s the principle. Need to pay attention to small details.

$380 for A/C hose it. Simply guy says you can charge him $380 Well, we squared away the bill for $200 and asked for other services and price changes $120 to $180 I have done few services/repairs with them thru friends when I am dealing with them directly, that’s how you want to treat me Double standard!!!! Would not recommend to anyone

Thanks to these guys we were back on the road within a couple of hours! We rolled up in the middle of the afternoon with an extremely hot engine and an awkward unpleasant job to be done and when most places would have told us to come back the next day, they put aside other work and got us fixed up. Cheers lads!

Do not go here!!! They will hold your car for days up to a week and not fix a thing! Or they fix it wrong! They will continue to give you the run around. A waste of money and time! I will not be bringing my car back up here. Romero’s y’all should be ashamed of y’all selves!

Horrible. Kept my vehicle for a week only to tell me he was too busy to work on it,and that I could take it elsewhere🙄 Guess because I am not a spanish speaker,because he attended to all those who spoke spanish. If you are not spanish,do not waste your time with Romero.
