Luis is awesome. Very down to earth and takes pride in his work. First time going to him and I feel like he’s been a life long friend. He answered all my questions and explained everything. Very transparent and truly wants what’s best for you and your vehicle. Rare to find a mechanic like him these days. All my vehicles are going to him from now on. He is my only recommendation in Katy!

Excellent service Luis is thorough he explains everything to you step by step so you understand exactly what is being repaired/replaced makes sure to run tests before and after the service. A honest mechanic are few and far between these days. He took great care of my VW even though he doesn't typically work on European cars.

I I first contacted Roma AutoRepair to change brake fluid. He told me the service price, but then asked, "How many miles has your car been?" and eventually told me not to waste my money because my car doesn't need the maintenance at all now. This shop is the one I can trust.

I had my car's A/C fixed at Roma AutoRepair Shop yesterday, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The owner, Luis, was incredibly honest and generous. He charged me a very fair labor price and even used his commercial account to get me a new A/C at a discount. Luis went above and beyond by offering me a ride home after I dropped off my car. He also completed the repair exactly when he promised. I'm thrilled to have found such an honest and convenient auto shop close to home. You won't find this low-profile shop easily unless you search online and read the reviews. It's a small business filled with honesty and care. Luis rocks, and this place deserves no less than 5 stars!

Luis took care of my issue in a very timely manner. He was very informative and communicative on the issue and the solution with my wife’s A/C system. Reliable mechanic that I won’t hesitate to work with with again. He replaced the compressor and had her riding in a cool vehicle the same day.
