Paid to have all cooling equipment replaced for preventive maintenance and the car came back worse. They are looking for experienced mechanics, because no one there has experience. How do you replace the water pump, thermostat, and pcv valve and now it overheats, when it didn't before. **Complete SCAMMERS** Also never pay them in cash. They will make an excuse that cc machine isn't working. Just a way for you not to dispute charges. Response to their reply, Now they are saying it's not true. What would be the purpose of me not telling the truth? I haven't and can gain absolutely nothing. My best friend worked with Nissan and drove the car for months and it wasn't over heating after he replaced the fuses that are North of the supercharger in the engine bay. If you did a diagnosis, you shouldn't have contact the owner for more problems many times. I've seen my friend build high performance cars as a teenager. They were actually getting upset when I would have my mechanic friend call them. They would tell me the car is in my name and don't need to contact him. The car wasn't in my name idiots. I don't put anything in my name not even real estate. I don't need attention or validation from anyone. If I just waited and took my time, my friend could have replaced everything and there would have been no problems. We were fast and furious in the 80's. Personally, I don't think they bled the coolant properly, because it's kind of difficult and I'm sure they didn't do that. It's complicated and takes close to an hour to do. Mechanics try to get as much as they can in the shortest number of hours. Why would I waste my time posting the receipt, it will not help me at all. I have more than one car and they have lost thousands over this. Also, having a 5-star rating can be faked with multiple accounts. I have a friend that has a mechanic shop in California and his wheelhouse are Audi. He explained to me how a 5-star rating can be faked. Notice how all the reviews seem to be written similarly. It's because it's the same person with broken English. My friend was never trying to fix the car, only upgrade it, His hummer was having problems. They know for sure the car was driving fine when brought there. Saying I was trying to fix it was a lie. I refuse to accept that my car has multiple problems? Whenever you remove the supercharger on that car you should or have to replace other things. COMMON SENCE. Every time they called me, there were more problems. *****SCAMMERS*** Broken credit card machine, that's funny. I just wanted my car back, because I had a feeling, they were damaging my car to get more money. I would have easily paid double for that car to just have the new parts and run smoothly. I'm trying to get this project to stage 3. They have delayed this for me. I have absolutely no reason to lie. I'm getting a Quadrifolio and an RS5 for my nephew and niece. Challenge me to post the receipt? I don't need to waste my time and you're only testing my patience. I've wasted too much time here already; I can be collecting rent now. I have two receipts IDIOTS, because I wanted more things done. DON'T EVER BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS MECHANIC FOR REPAIRS. They are currently looking for experienced mechanics. If you want proof of these things and a character witness (my best friend drove the car for months) contact me here and I will provide the proof and have my friend contact, you. Sad thing about this, I don't know if I said this before, but I'm disabled. Think of the mind set it takes for people to do this to someone that can barely walk or talk. "Remember to bring cash", you pathetic people didn't fool anyone. I knew what you were doing the entire time. I play chess not checkers. I will buy another A6 if I have to. Hell, a crate engine cost less than 4 grand. You've made a huge mistake. You should stop now with your half truth responses. I'm like a verbal/grammatical assassin or terrorist. Let it go or I will smash you on Yelp, Facebook, and the BBB. I'm not going to fight you over that little $2500.

I drove away feeling confident they did quality work on my car and I appreciate their routine inspection with pictures showing areas that may need attention. I have only one small complaint, which prevented me from giving a 5 star rating. There was black dust on the interior door handle when they returned the car to me. I'm not sure how that happened, but I don't like getting in to my car, grabbing the door handle to pull the door closed, and finding my hand has black dust on it.

Great service and very transparent about issues, pricing, and what needs to be done. I bought my older volvo into the shop for some work and a few weeks later, when I thought the issue I had came back, Roly was able to take a look at it and explain what the issue was. My car stalled on Brickell Ave on a Friday night and I thought I was going to never find a reasonable place to get it repaired. I even had him do some required servicing I had not been back to the dealership to do, due to dealer escalated repair costs. Rolando was honest, up front and professional from start to finish. He is straight forward and this company really communicates with you, keeping you up to date, etc. I would 10/10 recommend this place for your vehicle repair needs. They are prompt, professional and just so nice to do business with. He takes the time to go over your quote and explain any questions you have and his opinion on things but you never feel pressured. I will def return for any future needs in regard to my Audi.

The attention of the secretary was horrible, a very rude person. the brakes were of poor quality and my car made a lot of noise when using them. I had to take my car directly to Jaguar. I will never take it anywhere else.

Very happy with my experience here. I own a Bentley Continental GTC that needed a radiator repair and new brakes. I am new to Florida so I was used to go to the Bentley dealer in NYC for repair but I must say Roly's offers a better service at a better price. Their communication is excellent, they send you pics of the car, update you on when the parts are coming, etc. I never got that kind of attention at the Bentley dealership. They never do a repair before giving you a written estimate. I also appreciate it how they take time to talk about your car and what's urgent and not to fix. Really appreciated that. I'll be coming back!

Excellent Import auto mechanics. They really know their stuff. Before bringing my BMX over to them I had the oil changed at a local mechanic near me. I brought them my car to get my battery replaced and they realized that the starter was covered in oil due to an improper installation of the oil filter. They were able to conclude that my real problem was the starter and that it had failed due to the negligence of the other service provider. With their help, I was able to prove this to the other provider and get credit for the replacement of the starter. Excellent work guys!
