Excellent experience from start to finish on our 2005 Honda Pilot with emission/engine indicator issu.. Kenneth was helpful and thorough taking time to explain options and diagnostics. We were concerned we’d have to replace the cat converters, but replacing the oxygen sensor resolved our issue which saved us from a much larger repair expense. Very fairly priced, timely repair, and a pleasure to deal with. Will recommend to friends.

Great service, quick turnaround. They addressed all issues I had, with a detailed estimate. I was able to take care of a few things with pricing for the remainder when I'm ready. Clean office, nice outdoor seating area as well!

Pre-trip inspection was a total bust. Not 24 hours later my battery died. 😞 They did a great job with my oil change and the owner was easy to speak with but with the issues, I’ll not be going back.

Excellent service from RoKr Auto. Brought in my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 for full brake service on all 4 wheels. Included Rotors, pads, brake fluid. They made sure the job was done right and am safe again for towing our camper. I highly recommend their services at the best price in town!

Found & fixed a very tricky intermittent problem! Did NOT do a “parts cannon”, like some places Would have – some places just throw new parts in & charge you for them and just see if it works. Not @ Rokr. These guys did the work & found the problem & solved the problem. Highly recommend them.

RoKr Auto is not OTS. I have to give them 3 for an over all experience. This was a hard review to write but my truck is running and I’m grateful for the work not a hard fix but having to go through to get the truck fixed was just not worth it. From condensing text to not getting the correct information on my receipt broken down to what was explained.

This is a new auto shop. It use to be OTS, 2 of the original people are there. Robert & Mike. Kenneth is the front end man. Right now I will give them 5 stars. I will update later after my car has been completed. I got my car back in great shape. I needed a strut & spring replaced. Kenneth is exceptional person. The whole crew are excellent. I will go back to Roker Auto if I need anymore work done on my car.
