Person that picked up the phone didn't want to do the work on the lights. Update: the owner made a comment about the review I left and their statements were inaccurate. We didn't even get to the point of talking about possible appointments.

We use Rogers extensively, all the shops in Portland can get very busy at times so a little understanding goes a long ways. Techs at Rogers are very knowledgeable, and I've never had any BS add-on's. Highly recommend.

Was having trouble 96'pete made several phone calls ..wasn't getting nowhere i ran across Rogers i was in route through Portland .. Kevin's and his guys got rite on it ..no wait..kevin stuck to his price as well ....no B.S...highly recommend these guys ....thanks fellas hoop

Took truck in for AC work. They billed us for the time we were waiting. Technician told owner the shop time, owner ignored it and added another hour. Would not listen or change billing. Never going back. Never recommending.
