They quote you cheap and very quick turn around time. Before you know they are taking money left and right, if it costs one hundred dollars new they charge you $550 for a used part, then begin to say they won’t charge for labor. They are crooks that won’t make things right charge horrific, not to mention they will not stand behind their warranty or work. Would never consider this place. They won’t tell you the actual part only how much it will be to fix, then you get a call two weeks later saying it doubled

I towed my truck there and after a diagnostic they said it would cost 1701 dollars. I called around after that and the first place i talked to quoted me 980 for the same repair. Something isnt right when you overcharge that much. Its dishonest and greedy in my opinion. Update. After having the repairs that their diagnosis said i needed done, i found out it wasnt even that. It was the main computer that needed replaced. So now im out the repairs i was told i needed and have to pay another 1800 for the repairs i actually need.

It is clear that this company values its customers as people. They have always been honest and helpful, with excellent communication. They don't talk down to me when I ask silly car questions, and treat my efforts and goals with respect. I love how they choose to run their company; their process of appointment setting and communication around the car's progress makes it super easy to work into my schedule, and visualize the next steps for the car. It seriously reduces my stress in all aspects of life. Customer for life. You should be too.

They mark up everything. Tried to negotiate a price for a engine replacement and added a mark up to the engine, timing belt, gaskets, seals multiple crankshaft seals on the quote. When I asked about why they informed me that is the way business is done. I understand the need to have a markup on a part but when you are marking up more than once and putting duplicates that are not priced the same something is fishy, and that is too much. Buyer beware!

Roger's quality of service enables us to keep our cars and truck in good repair and on the road longer than usual ownership. Have been using Roger’s for a few years now. They’re friendly, affordable, honest, and timely. Seems the turnaround is never more than a couple days on basic repairs/maintenance.

Best friend and I brought in her car a few months ago with myriad issues - Reuben helped us out and made it run like new again with some creative problem solving. When it turned out one of the replacement parts was defective we brought the car back and Robert quickly fixed it and even took off the diagnostic fee. Very professional, friendly, and honest guys and we will always come back here when our car needs work done!

If you need an HONEST car place with friendly staff and speedy service this is the one! They charged half of what the other place was trying to charge and they did it fast. I was updated every step of the way. They even sent me home with some goodies and coupons. Rogers’ is my new go to! Still going strong 6 months later. If you need a place this is it!
