Had a great experience at RodVRod— had a problem with our Ford van that multiple mechanics had already seen. Steve, Juanito, Mr Vick were all knowledgeable, helpful and professional in helping diagnose the issue and gave us realistic expectations for the time it would take to fix it. Highly recommend!

I drive past this place every day and it’s always busy. I went today for my first time to get an oil change and can confirm this place is a gem! Although I only had an oil change, I overheard a conversation with a customer regarding a significant issue identified with their vehicle and was very impressed with Rod’s knowledge, straight shooting, and recommendations on courses of action. He did not pressure the customer but instead acknowledged the vehicle was older and that it may not make sense to pour money into the fix. Fantastic customer service and true auto experts. Although the issue wasn’t solved(ended up being a recall on my car and I have to take it to the dealership), they took care of me the whole time I was there. They got me in quick too! They went above and beyond and was straight forward with me. Steve laid out all the different options I had and was willing to help with whatever I needed. He even set up an appointment with the dealership for me. I went ahead and got some extra work done while I was there and pricing was GREAT! This is a shop that doesn’t care about the money but cares about the quality and customer service.

Great local shop!! I usually bring my truck to the dealership to get things fixed. However, I read all positive reviews here and figured I’d give it a go since I live close by. They diagnosed the problem with my truck quickly (bad bushing on lower control arm) and didn’t even charge me for the initial inspection. The second they didn’t charge me for the initial inspection, I knew they were good folks and knew I’d be bringing the truck back to get it fixed once I got the part I needed. A few days later I brought the truck back to the shop in the morning and had it back later that same day. Fair pricing as well and they didn’t try to add on unnecessary things like some shops do. Highly recommend and will be returning! A++

I cannot express how happy I was with my service experience. My vehicle would not start, and was towed in without an appointment. I was expecting it not to be seen for at least two days after the holidays, and was planning on a week long car rental as a result. I was told not to worry, they did not want me to have to pay for another towing fee to another shop and even more so that they would see my car the same day it was brought in. I got a call an hour later and said the car would definitely be fixed the same day. True to their word, it was fixed up and drives better than before the issue. On top of that I was charged a very fair price. 5 stars does not do them justice, I would give additional stars if I was able too. Thank you for your excellent and compassionate customer service.

RodVRod handled warranty repairs for a recent Carvana purchase and honestly could not have done a better job. I called on Thursday and they got me in first thing Friday. All repairs - including those for which they had to get parts - were completed by the end of the day Friday, a day earlier than they advised. They also handled all warranty-related communications directly and to my complete satisfaction. Steve and Rod were excellent to deal with. RodVRod exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them!

Steve was very thorough with his inspection as to what was failing my son’s truck from running. He worked diligently over course of 2 work days to get it completed. He was also very attentive to keep me posted on his progress with the repairs and associated costs. Will definitely use his services again as necessary with my sons Ram 1500 truck.

My truck put me down on the side of the expressway on a Friday, had it towed to them Saturday morning, by Saturday evening my truck was fixed! They were very professional, and friendly. I will be using them again for any of my car needs.
