This place is not good for major parts! Don’t trust pancho with your ride! He can’t do major fixing! He rigged my AC compressor with ziplogs ties instead of fixing it!

I went to this tire shop two weeks ago for a bent wheel he claimed to fix it and charged me $150 which I gladly paid. 2 days later my tire was completely flat and I had to call triple A to change it. Triple A informed me the tire was still bent and bc of it sir was seeping out. I took it back he then tried to charge me an additional $80. I talked him down to $60 and left. That’s was Monday, today is Wednesday and my tire is completely flat again. If the wheel wasn’t repairable I’d much rather have been told that and not scammed out of $210.

Mr. Rodriguez is the real deal. Honest man making his honest money. Not cheap but but not expensive either, just right. Have taken my truck get tires repaired, new tires, oil change and suspension mechanical work and he always does a good job.

Amazing, local service! Today I took my wife’s car to a national shop, waited 6 hours, and they still hadn’t looked at the vehicle. I had gotten there at 10:15 after going to another shop. The first shop said they didn’t do tires. Then this second place took 6 hours just to look at the car, then told me I needed $3,000 worth of repairs on a 2011 car. Not sure if it’s worth that much anymore, but thanks. By the time they looked at my car, I had to go so I would only have to spend 2 hours in traffic to get home. So that whole visit was pointless, the only benefit was coming to the realization that I should never go there again. All this is to say that on the way home, my wife found this place, so we stopped by after grabbing some Wendy’s. Within 15 minutes, he had 2 of our tires changed. Within an hour, he had replaced all 4! We literally got more service and more done in 1 hour with this guy than 6 hours at a national shop. I guess this is why we need to support local businesses!

I come here everytime I need a tire fixed or replaced. Always a good deal and fast service. Today they straightened out a rim for me after I ran into a curb. The tire was ok. I tipped him pretty good, he even replaced the hubcap & put my spare back where it goes - big hassle. Thanks Rodriguez Tire!

My sons car had a flat and we got there at 745 he stay open past closing and helped us out. It wasn’t expensive at all and he was very polite.

On top of not putting on my tire properly, when I tried to fix it myself I found out the hard way that he tightened it so hard that it was impossible to take off by hand so I had to pay to get it taken care of somewhere else. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Came here on a Sunday evening after getting a nail in my tire. Unfortunately they were unable to patch it due to the location of the nail, but they did put the spare on for me! They only wanted $5 for their time, and I was unable to pay (they are cash only). They did still the work, and I will return with $5 for their great service.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Today was my first time being serviced by Mr. Rodriguez’s shop and I can full heartedly say without a doubt I will never be coming back here again after the service I received today. I called the shop beforehand and spoke with Mr. Rodríguez himself regarding getting a tire of mine replaced. I provided him with the size of the tire and he proceeded to ask if I wanted to purchase new or used tires, to which I said new. He then continued on to say that the tire would cost me $70 and I agreed, letting him know that I would be on my way. It was a timely and pleasant interaction up until I arrived at the shop and Mr. Rodríguez all of sudden pretended he could no longer speak any English, inserting a child into our conversation to translate and tell me that the cost would now be $100. I proceeded to explain to the translator that Mr. Rodríguez and I had already spoken on the phone no longer than 10 minutes ago prior to me coming to the shop and he had provided me an estimate of $70. The child proceeded to translate the lies which came from Mr. Rodríguez after that. As we went back and forth, during the entire conversation Mr. Rodríguez continued to talk about me in Spanish to his workers as they laughed, and at one point he actually began whistling as if to tune me out mid convo. I tend to get along with customer service representatives very well and have never been more disrespected by a service provider before in my life. I am disheartened to see such dishonesty and disrespect being instilled. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had and would advise to not give these people your money.

Listen no one enjoys having to deal with tire issues... i unfortunately had a nail in my tire on a Sunday called at 9 15 am talked to PANCHO then he immediately fixed it. Try going to discount tire or firestone you would be forever plus try to sell you overpriced tire.All i can say is its nice too see there that there are businesses that still run on integrity honesty and humbleness...and don't gouge the f out of hardworking customers THANK YOU RODRIGUEZ TIRE SHOP AND PANCHO YOU ARE A GOOD MAN god bless you'll.! Great job!
