I was charged 250 to replace my stabilizer bar bushings the parts only cost 14 bucks I would not recommend going there very expensive not worth it

Great experience at Point S Tire. I brought my Toyota Tundra in for upper control arm installation and routine maintenance (coolant flush and power steering - which would have cost a lot more at the dealer), and the team—especially Ruben—went above and beyond to take care of my truck. Unlike the dealership, which wanted to charge an arm and a leg for the same work, Point S Tire offered fair pricing without sacrificing quality. Not only did they save me money, but they also provided friendly, professional, and reliable service. A big plus is that they upload all their work to CarFax,—something that’s extremely valuable for long-term reliability and resale value. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles here for future service. I would only recommend that they offer military discounts, but the prices are still fair. I have been happy coming here, but disappointed that I also asked to check my back tires for air and it wasn't done. Also, I'm at the register to pay and they tell me there is an extra charge to use my debit card.?? 😕 first of all I always payed with Debit card, andxwas never told ill be charge an extra fee to pay with a card, if this is the norm then It would be nice to let me know before the service. Or the day before when I got a quote for my tires over the phone.

I came 4 time to get my alignment done they keep brushing me off and being lazy and have me wait for hours and I just came back today and they saw me and they were talking and walking around , and not even came to help me…!!!

I had great service here everyone is nice and helpful . I had an alignment done it cost 85$. They did a great job and was a great help by letting me know what other things may need to be replaced. I was able to get a print out as well . Thank you!!!

I get my oil changed as needed. I replaced my air conditioner last summer, got a tune up and got 4 new tires. Great customer service always great work. My number one spot to take my car.

They did not disappoint by any means!!!!! A friend of mine recommended me to this mechanic shop and I was throughly impressed with the service. I walked in for my appointment and was taken care of immediately. And my car(2015 Toyota Sienna) was in the shop bay within minutes of me checking in. My husband kinda had an idea of what was going on with my vehicle and they did an inspection and were spot on with the problem. They text me an estimated cost and I hit the "approve button" and about 5 hours later we were done. The staff was very professional and nice. This is definitely my go to place if I ever need a mechanic again and i have been telling all of my friends and coworkers.

This place is horrible will never take my car there again and I don’t recommend anyone to go unless you wanna get your eyes poked out. I wanted just a part replacement a crank shaft position sensor and they tried to up sell me and charge me more after they already quoted me a price for labor then after they changed the part my car is still not working and they did not even think to clear the codes after replacing that part and plus they wanted to charge me for a electrical diagnostic that was $200 for 2 hours which is just ridiculous and unacceptable!
