I'm so happy I found this place close by Wynwood. Mr. Rodriguez is one of those old fashioned great and honest mechanics. Gave me reasonable price to fix Jeep Wrangler door lock actuator. Also want to mention Stephanie in office, nice, pleasant, kept me informed in timely manner, and very helpful. When I felt OEM part too expensive immediately helped getting aftermarket part at more reasonable price. All in all a well run operation. I usually do a lot of auto work myself. But tired of it. Will come here instead.

I brought my car here because there was a really bad grinding sound coming from the right passenger side. Me being a hobby mechanic, I knew it was either a bearing or CV joint. They came out of left field and said it was my rear differential. They replaced it, noise still there. In fact it was much worse because I continue to drive the car. They asked me to bring the car back they tighten whatever up and save the car is fine. Noise is still there when I pick it up. Getting worse. I then reach out to the owner and he tells me to bring the car in but when I go, I sit there waiting for him to show up, no show. They told me that he kind of just shows up when he wants to meaning that this situation wasn't important enough for him to actually show up at a time that is convenient for me. After all the inconvenience that they have caused me, since I use this vehicle for rideshare. I've now lost so much in wages because of these people. I decide to walk out and I am now on the way to take the car to a completely different shop one that I know that is competent. I plan to seek an attorney to get my wages back that I lost due to these people's incompetence. I am already in the process of disputing the charges for the repairs that I didn't need. They lead me to believe it was the differential and it wasn't. From the other reviews that I'm reading it seems like they're only capable of doing simple things like oil changes. If you have anything that's complicated avoid this shop. Oh by the way they're they constantly will tell you "we are here to help", take that with a grain of salt. FYI: I called the warranty people and they stated that the o-ring was the damaged part on the differential. So why did I need the whole thing replaced? Just change the ring out. These people are a scam. Update: I took my car to a reputable mechanic shop. Turns out the sound from my car was actually a bad bearing. Just like I kept telling Rodriguez Brothers staff.

Laura made my experience with Rodriguez Brother Auto Services the best I've ever had with an auto repair shop. After my SUV completely broke down, I called and spoke with Laura at the shop. Not only was the phone answered (a rarity in Miami), I really appreciated that she gave me some idea of how much the repair would cost if it was a specific issue. After having my vehicle towed to Rodriguez Brother Auto Services, Laura kept me informed and updated every step of the way. She was pleasant, informative, and very courteous. This auto shop is trustworthy, and also has great prices. (Another rarity in Miami.) My SUV was fixed within one business day. Highly recommend, and thanks again to Laura.

This was not my first time with Rodriguez Brothers Auto Services. This is actually my third time using their services. It was a no brainer when it came to choosing them. My BMW had several issues, which were diagnosed and then taken care of. What I have always liked about Rodriguez is they let you know up front what I was dealing with. I could have never afforded the cost at if I went to the dealership for service. I would recommend there services to any of my friends.

My car completely broke down around 5pm so I called Rodriguez brothers and they stayed afret closing time until my car was towed there so that they could work on it the next day. They had everything fixed by 4 oclock the next day and my car is now in mint shape. Laura who I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful, kind, and patient and waited as well the next day until after 6 oclock at the shop for me to arrive to pick up my car. She gave me many updates throughout the time that my car was there and let me know exactly what was wrong with it snd what work they'd be doing on it. Prices are exceptional as well. Highly highly recommended.

I bought a used car couple of months ago. When the brakes started to make grinding noises and the RPMs fluctuated when idle, I brought my car to Rodriguez Brother auto Services. Laura in the office is not only extremely knowledgeable on all things auto but also super friendly and helpful. 4 hours after bringing my car in I got a detailed report about ALL the important parts condition, not only the ones I reported. A day later my car was fixed and I could take it back home. Laura also helped me with deciding which services could wait until a later point and even looked up cheaper options for parts needed. Super happy with Rodriguez Brothers Auto services!!! Will come back for everything car related. 10/10!!

I always come here and have been coming for a bit. As a young female, lots of auto places I have been to try to scam me or oversell me and this place has never once done that. They always offer fair prices and are honest about what my car needs and when. Laura is always so kind, polite, and again is very honest about what my car needs and explains and shows me exactly the issue so that I can understand as someone with limited car knowledge lol. This is the only place I trust to work on my car!

Ive been to quite a few mechanic shops in Miami and my experience at Rodriguez Brothers was by far the best. Laura did an amazing job communicating every step of the way and was also extremely polite and accommodating considering the unique problems we encountered along the way with my vehicle. left vehicle at shop overnight after a flat tire and a Aaa tow. changed out the tires and replaced with new ones. vert satisfied with service price and time
