Great Service from the owner and the guys who completed my service. As a young woman and college student it’s hard finding a trustworthy mechanic with reasonable prices. I went to them with what I believed was wrong with my vehicle (replacement fuel pump $250) based on what another mechanic told me and they were able to save me a lot of money and time by identifying my issue (replacement spark plugs ($10 each)) based on my descriptions. I saw a distinct difference in the way my car drove once I left. Not only that, they were very informative and knowledgeable. I didn’t get any names, but they all played a part in the great service! thank you Guys! In a separate incident, my car was running hot and I stopped by them. The guys helped me to fill the car with coolant. I attempted to pay them and they wouldn’t take it. That’s how I know they do their job because they love it. Again, thank you!

UPDATED 9/29: HE STOLE MY CAR BATTERY! have a brand new nissan kicks, brand new everything. but the mechanics who worked on my car at dealer solutions and walmart said my battery was definitely swapped for a cheaper one, didn’t even belong in my car at all and would’ve caused major electrical and wiring issues. there was a $30 battery put in my car by roderick and my $200 original battery was gone. now that my car is fully fixed and back on the road safely, thanks to DEALER SOLUTIONS, Huntsville, TX. if you don’t want to read the whole thing, just save the trouble and go there. they fixed my car completely! new subframe, alignment, tires, etc for 1600. read the rest of my review if you want to see why this is relevant. roderick bit off more than he could chew when HE accepted to fix my car. it is in worse condition than when i took it to him and so many professionals have said it’s a lawsuit waiting for him because the way he fixed my car could cost me my life. i will never go here again, and im reporting him because he got a lot of money out of me for a bare minimum job when he could’ve simply refused service if he wasn’t confident in his abilities. the customer service i received here by the owner roderick was horrible. i want to state that his workers are NOT to blame, they are always so kind and provide good customer service quickly and with no issues. i would only recommend this place for quick fixes like tire patching or to change one. i was in a minor car accident, and i reached out to roderick’s and the only thing i said was “i’ve been in an accident, do you think you have room to look at my car?” roderick said yes and to bring. fast forward, he made a comment stating he was doing ME the favor of fixing my car, when i never asked nor begged him to, and i would’ve kindly went elsewhere. he yelled over me on the phone, and made rude comments saying i think i know how to fix my car and that no one else would fix it for the price he was. he quoted me 975, then changed it to no more than 1200, then out of nowhere we owed a total of 1700, PLUS 545 to get my car back or he wouldn’t give it to me. he had my car for three weeks and gave it back STILL NOT DRIVABLE. spending that much money, you’d at least want to be able to drive your car right? so having no other option, i wanted to purchase two tires through roderick since he already fixed the car and assured me he could get me two tires. few days past and he forwarded my calls, when i finally got ahold of him, he made it seem like i was so difficult and he never returned my calls. i just went elsewhere with better service. i will never go to roderick’s again and i wouldn’t recommend.
