Horrible service and just a rip off. Doesn’t care for the customers car or needs, just looking to make money. Wouldn’t recommend even for used tires or tire repair.

Customer care is not even a thing here. Went inside and stood at the service counter for several minutes. The guys kept looking at me but never came over to see what I needed. Finally I left and nobody came out to see why I was leaving.

Wish I could give zero starts. Don’t come here the guy in charge has a damn temper and act like he knows everything he got mad and crashed out when I told him he doing it wrong ended up putting on my own wheels and told that guy wassup he needs to get fired

I normally don’t leave reviews but this place really took care of me! I came here after another tire shop refused to put my upgraded rims & tires on my specific make & model. I looked around for other tire shops near by but everything was closed (Memorial Day). I called Rockside told them my situation & told me to bring it in that they would take a look at it. Once there it took them less than 45 minutes to install all 4 rims & tires mounted & balanced. Professional job done by the techs, not a single scratch on my brand new rims! Super friendly, great customer service, reasonably priced, & went above and beyond to satisfy customer. Definitely recommend this place!

Been going here for years when that nail punctures a tire or simply need advice on anything tires/wheels. Went in today and this young kid decided I was inconveniencing him by showing up and acted as if he had someplace to be otherwise. Short, rude, and outright crass. Upon sharing that his customer service skills were all but missing, he decides to show me "the customer is always right" wasn't part of his vocabulary and talks over me. Upon sharing this with the manager, he said "yeah they can be that way". He decides he doesn't care either. Hate to write up this low review but all it takes is one visit being treated like dirt. Hopefully the kid learns but I doubt it.

The worst experience ever. They tightened my lock nut too tight when I tried to change my brakes it stripped my lug key. When I went back the technician said "you have to pay to get that nut removed, ITS NOT OUR FAULT". The technician was very rude and did more harm than good.

These guys are absolutely amazing!!! Very quick and knowledgeable. My rim ended up being cracked and no one else had told me after replacing several tire. They even did their best to puddy it up for me will absolutely go back in the future.

They have great deals but make sure u get there 30mins before they close. I usually always come here but never again cuz this would be the second time that y'all have made me sleep in my car in Raleigh over night! My front tires is splitting in 2. You would think a tire business would stay open past 5:30, you know at least through Rush times. I picked up two males out of Right where you pull in I really hope I didn't get one in my tire.

Completely ruined my hubcaps on my 2021 GMC Sierra. I have a nice truck and now my rims are chipped. Also did not torque my wheels either after installation. I am lucky I drove to another place to get this fixed ASAP.

I used to try to deal with them a lot until my recent experience I bought some new tires and went there to get them installed other places usually up with charge you $30 to 35 dollars they were trying to charge me for my own tire sensors Crooks especially the guy Felix the manager I would not recommend this place to no one and I'm not in the type to write reviews but it is ridiculous you try to help people out and be nice and friendly to people and they try to get over ridiculous charged me over $250 that's double what I should have paid
