I had a full rebuild of my Subaru outback, and the entire process was done with incredible care, and hospitality. Engine swap, suspension, front/rear end, and more, everytime my car had an additional need due to the age of all the original hardware they were quick to help get it resolved. They were friendly, and professional. I highly recommend them due to the skill, and way they made the process easy and painless, also their pricing was incredibly reasonable, and better than many other places I had quotes from. They are now my go to place for all my needs. I thank them for their quick, and trustworthy work. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Do a really good inspection of unit you rent! Especially the tires! We had 2 bulging tires on our 6x12 trailer rental! Noticed one before we started loading and called road side service to come change the tire. Got on the road and had another tire doing the same thing on the other side. I tried calling them and the lady hung up on me when I asked if it was this company. As she answered with a Hello instead of company name. Not impressed!

two of my three minor repairs there were not completed correctly and the car had to be returned both times for a second fix, with the most recent time (coolant leak) requiring a tow and overnight stay. was not offered any apology, empathy or compensation for the errors, inconvenience, or tow fees. just a "its not my fault". truly disappointed with my experience and will now have to spend more fixing my car at a dealership as apparently the appropriate color coolant wasn't even used by this mechanic (Ken) for my GM car and the dealer has advised me to do a coolant flush and inspection to identify how many other errors this mechanic made. RESPONSE TO OWNER WHO COMMENTED A YEAR AND A HALF LATER: You can disagree all you’d like, I have the $1000+ in receipts and dealership confirmation that you didn’t know what you were doing. The first repair you did caused the car to start stalling not even 5 minutes away and your only response when we came right back was along the lines of “oops, I didn’t reconnect the hose tight enough.” I know others who got work done from you and confirmed you are a shady mechanic—probably learning from youtube. Please recuse yourself from this debate and truly learn your craft so you can do better-- i see several other reviews from ppl with similar experiences at your shop so i know my experience wasnt unique. i was happy to support a local mechanic over a large dealer until you proved the risk wasn’t worth the slight discount. thank goodness I moved and now have several better options for car repairs. BTW my 'older' car was only 9 years old at the time with no prior major repairs. it's still running beautifully ;)

Best auto shop I’ve gone to my car was having huge issues and I had taken it to many places with lots of costs but the issues always returned. Rock auto fixed it permanently!!

I had my brakes done on my RAV4 at this shop. The owner and staff were very friendly and did a great job on the repair. They got me back on the road in a timely manner. I will recommend this shop to all my friends and family!

2006 Toyota Prius 256,000 miles. Ken and the shop manager diagnosed my brake issue immediately, and the car was back on the road like it never happened. THEY ARE COMPLETELY HONEST!!!!! Rock Auto is the only place all family cars will be maintained. Only tell your close friends Rock Auto is best on Pacific hwy.

Got my oil changed and spark plug wire changed(as they recommended), not too long after my car had a leaking issue(I didn’t hit my car but I’m not sure if it is their fault). This time want to come back to get it fixed, but they are closed at operating hours, tried to call to schedule, the guy hanged up on me. I just goons say they have an attitude. Bye.

Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable. Clean shop fast and efficient extremely satisfied. They have earned my trust and business for all my car repairs and maintenance. Oil changes, brakes, A/C repair, sway bar, and tune-up!

Honest mechanics! I should have put this review earlier. I had an anomally that they could not figure out and actually neither could the dealership. Rock, didnt charge me for all the attempts they made to try and fix my problem. They even purchased a whole new brand new bank of injectors to no avail. I highly recommend these guys. We will bring our 3 vehicles here every time for things I cannot do. Thank you to you and your team!

I brought my Chevy Z71 for an oil change. Super satisfied I brought my VW for inspection and glad I did before the moter was ruined. I need a heater core replacement on it too. I will be bringing it back after the holidays for sure. Cheaper then a lot of places and they tell you whats wrong and dont scam. Thanks guys! 😊

Ken owner/operations and silas the shop.manager are awesome guys.I got great prices Ive taken 3 of my vehicles to them.and got all running up to spec and never over priced or raise prices on agreed services lots of communication 😀 2004 Acura TL full service overhaul including a new windshield and tires... 2014 Toyota highlander XLE oil change and new tires at a great price all four changed didnt even have to replace my TPMs.and my 2017 BMW 550xi msport Brakes pad brakes sensors oil change plugs and coils and OEm direct replacement at cost....

My poor little Hyundai was finally the victim of attempted theft. After calling multiple places only to be turned down or faced with weeks-long wait, Rick innediatwly said "bring it in" and took great care of me. Friendly and helpful.

I used Rock Automotive for a great UHaul experience. The staff at Rock really do "rock". Where other Uhaul suppliers brush off questions, Rock Automotive went above and beyond to answer my questions and SET ME UP with what I needed. The franchise is small, but their hearts and resources are HUGE!! Go to Rock Automotive for your moving and automotive needs. (Can you tell I like these guys?)

Rock Automotive is hands down the best shop I’ve been to. The owner and workers are very friendly and they take time to understand what’s going on with your car and work with you to make sure they are able to get anything needed to be done taken care of promptly. I felt very well informed during the process and the pricing for all the services I had done were very reasonable. I would recommend Rock Automotive to everyone! Overall great prices and excellent service, it doesn’t get any better than this. They are the best shop I’ve been to.
