These guys communicate clearly and follow up, easy to speak to the person on your repair case. Better and easier than the automated phone mess at the dealer’s service dept.

Rocco’s staff worked diligently to identify the problem my car was experiencing (computer didn’t directly identify it) and to correct it while managing to cost well. I really appreciate the transparency of sharing next steps and possible outcomes consistently. Nothing worse than getting sideswiped by unexpected major repairs, but their process eased the pain.

The experience at Rocco's European car garage was excellent start to finish.. the customer service rep Mr Joel was outstanding he explained everything to me so that I could clearly understand what was going on with my vehicle..His candid response to my inquiries were easily understood.. After Consulting with Rocco's I felt empowered to make good decisions concerning the the mechanical issue that I was facing and knowledgeable about what was needed for the continued service on my vehicle. As far as I'm concerned Rocco's.. "Rocks the House ". In the servicing and maintenance of European cars .

$561.00 for an oil change and wasn't told until after the fact. No quote was given beforehand. I've been driving Jaguar's for 20 years and have never been charged this for an oil change, and my car is new. Terrible people.

Mechanics were focused and attentive but had a hard time diagnosing problem. Later found a faulty fusible link stalling my car on the highway, which was a frightening experience. Rocco’s were willing to help any way they could but couldn’t feel comfortable driving car so figured best option was to tow it to Volvo and let them do battle with Volvo uS headquarters
