If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolute joke of a business. I dropped my car off Monday morning and was told I'd have it back by the end of the week at the latest. I called Wednesday for an update, and they said "just needs to be painted and dried, should be good to go this week." Cool, right? WRONG. Thursday rolls around, and suddenly I get a call saying the bumper is no good and the car won’t be ready until next week. Excuse me?!? The bumper was destroyed when I brought it in—how did they JUST NOW realize it needed a new one? Are these guys even looking at the cars they’re fixing? And to top it all off, they won’t even give my car back to me because apparently, there's no bumper to put on it. Unreal. I’ve been lied to, strung along, and left without my car for even longer than expected because of their complete incompetence. DO NOT bring your car here unless you enjoy broken promises, missed deadlines, and absolute frustration. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ROB'S AUTO BODY.

I have been going to this Body Shop for years that produce perfection. I have always been treated with respect especially Karen, Rob's wife and all the staff that works up front. They also employ a Don Rickets like comedian who is the senior estimator they call J R, who is an all out one hell of a great guy that some people may think he comes across as sarcastic with his off the wall comments, but it is all just for fun because he is one hell of a jokester that brings laughter to this facility and the customers.

A deer hit my car and was sent to Robs to be fixed went in on october 10th 2024 didn't hear anything from the shop until I called them tjey told me the estimates was $2700 i said that would be fine long story short never received any calls and my car was in there for a month just got it back November 8 th 2024.. went to go pick it up from a call saying it was done went to conway to pick it up and what a joke the headlights were both old headlights 1 had been replaced with a refurbished 1 ya right a junk yard headlight polished fog lights in the grill were the same ones dark yellowish looking got the bill surprise $5100.00 was the new bill with no call to say why or how all reused parts they said they spent $300 on a headlights balast and $193.00 on a bulb which are both sealed together they come that way I can order the same bulbs from ebay or Amazon with the balast on it for $40 for both sides 2 bulbs and balast so $800 for 2 light bulbs and $600 for a reused headlight Said they took the side markers and replaced them with new another lie used the old ones and charged $43.00 apiece... thier is alot more that went on i will never use this scamming shop again period people be warned I also told me insurce company and they are looking into it they said it sounds like scamming...

Very friendly staff. The place is beautiful. Cant believe it was a grocery store! I went for an estimate on some body work. Willie was super nice. Thank you.

I had a minor repair. The gentleman who does appraisals looked at my problem and helped me resolve the issue for a lot less money than I thought I would pay. I highly recommend Rob's autobody!

My wife's car is currently in this so called shop they have been "tearing into it" for over a week so I'm guessing the car is completely dismantled 🤣 then they say claim has been turned in another lie I'd go elsewhere

Staff is very nice but also feel like I’m getting the run around. Brought my truck up there a couple months ago for a quote and I’m self pay so it’s all out if my pocket. They gave me a quote, a drop off date, and says it would take 2 weeks. First day it was there they called and say it was going to be an additional almost $400 than what they originally quoted then after the 2 weeks it’s still not finished I was able to afford to extend my rental another 2 days which was $100 but now being a single mom and already $500 over budget we’re entering week 4 now and I have no vehicle, can’t afford a rental, and have 2 toddlers. Needless to say I’m EXTREMELY upset with my experience so far.

Had an accident where they had to replace my entire rear end of the car. And not only are they proficient but I think it looks better than the day I bought it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Told me they’d check my brakes for me and then didn’t. They weren’t part of the work needing done but I was told they would get checked. My horn still sounds wrong. Tech said “they’re both connected” and just looked at me. I will be getting everything that was done here double checked by another shop. Disappointed with progressive and them both.

My girlfriends car was here twice last year after hitting an animal and they never fixed an issue with her steering, and even denied noticing an issue. My sister just had her car repaired by them as well after an accident and her car is making awful noises, and they aren't calling her back or answering her calls

Replace my windows and my truck now my key that open my door want open my trunk lady on the phone act as if it was my fault, I had the vehicle towed twice and ask if they could cover the third tow and was told no we not gonna do that she told me I have a old car and the dealer couldn’t even fix my trunk witch is Robs auto fault but act as if she was helping me but was very rude and talked over me while I was speaking I asked if I get the car towed there will I have to wait and was told first I don’t know then was told they have 75 vehicles ahead of me spoke with JR he was reaching out to owner I’m sure things like this shouldn’t happen but it did

Robs Auto Body did an amazing job on my car!!! When I got my car back it looked like it had never been in an accident!!! Thank you so much for the great job you did!! Also, the staff there is awesome too!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for body work for their vehicle!!!

Someone backed into my car while it was parked, see attached pictures. About 6 months later, the protective film on the hood started getting spots underneath and continues to get worse. And when peeled off there are spots into the paint job. I contacted Rob's a year and a half ago. And everytime I call I get told that I'll get a call back, and that they have to figure out who is responsible for fixing it, them or company they chose to put the film on. It honestly looks worse than it originally did and I wish I had never had it "fixed". I have been patient for 1 1/2 year waiting for them to fix it. I paid for a service to have my car fixed and now it's worse!

i felt like they drove my car because the difference in gas that it was left with compared to when i picked it up. they took five days for something thats shouldve take 2 days and they swore it would look new but it had swirls and if its a new clear coat then why would there be swirls and scratches. just really upset about the whole deal because my car is my baby so you couldnt pay me to use them again, before i used horry county collision and they absolutely killed, i shouldve trusted my gut and went with horry county collision but my insurance wouldnt accept them, but i still will never return to this place.

They serviced me well even though progressive auto insurance wS very neglectful to my car being repaired. Robs dealt with us in a timely way and my car looks beautiful. My Kia has a custom Color and they matched my finder perfectly. They even polished all My wheels when it was done. I will never go anywhere else. Good honest people.
