I got a flat tire right outside of Robs today and had my spare but was struggling to get the flat off. I asked if someone here if I could get a quick hand (lucky me for getting a flat outside a tire place) and they said they would have to charge me $300. I was 20ft from there location and just needed a little muscle to loosen the flat but they said it would be minimum $150 to help. So much for friendly customer service or just a kind good natured business to help someone out. Clearly the values of this company are not good ones but just collect the next buck.

Very frustrating experience. Not a routine tire change so I called to ensure they were capable of mounting a HUMVEE tire on a split rim. They assured me over the phone this was routine work for them. So I drive the one hour across town that morning; dropped it off and they assured me it would be completed that afternoon. I drove back over at the end of the day only to find it torn down and not installed. They told me that they meant to call me, that was rich, but were not capable of mounting the tire due to not having an O ring and unable to get one. Less than 30 seconds of google search I ordered the O ring and will mount this tire myself. Poor communication, poor customer service, big waste of my time.

I went to pick up my trailer at my storage park and found a flat tire. I called Robert's and Miguel told me if I can get it there by 5:00 PM he could get me taken care of. I rolled in and he swapped out all five tires and I was back on the road by 5:30. He was polite, professional and the crew was great!

These guys are studs! They had my semi truck drive tire repaired faster than I could heat and eat a soup in their break room. They knew they would get a customer for life when they told me to have a nice day, as I pulled out my wallet. Clean shop, waiting area and restroom. Nice to see their community wall of fame from all the happy customers and the great kids they sponsor. Thank you, Colt and Miguel. 👊

OTR: Delivery M-F, 7a-5p. Overnight parking for one; outside of gate. Plenty maneuvering space. Tandems to Rear, high dock. Fast unload. Bathroom onsite during business hours.

Hudson was super helpful, even though they couldn’t fix my tire he offered to put my spare on there and then Shane and Ryan went above and beyond by removing my tire from the rim and making sure I got to a tire place safely. Thank you Hudson, Shane and Ryan!

Walked in said I needed 2 tractor tires. Was told he would be with me shortly. He was busy with customers so I understand. After finishing he proceeded to take customers that came in after me. Then took care of customers that just called in. Waited about 20 minutes and gave up. Might consider getting more counter help or taking care of customers in the order they came in. I understand you are hiring and would have waited longer but not knowing where I rate on his importance level getts frustrating.

Worst experience ever! Took a tire to get fix inexperienced employees where not able to remove tire from rim there excuse was tire was to old , en up damaging tire more and braking the air censor of the tire an was not inform, had to take it to another tire shop an they had no issues removing the tire an inform me that who ever try to remove tire initially broke the censor, reach out to them an inform them what they did, Miguel the manager told me they can put a censor on my tire but I did not trust them anymore an had already payed the other tire shop to fix it, so decided to take the censor to show them what they did, guy at the front desk said he would have Miguel the manager call me back as Miguel was at lunch never got a call back, DO NOT TAKE YOUR TIRES TO THEM! THEY HAVE ZERO EXPERIENCE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I recently got a flat tire on the 202 right at Power Rd and limped over to this Robert's Tire location. They didn't have my tire in stock but I was able to take my old tire to another store, get a new one, and then bring that new tire back to Robert's where they installed it for me. They were so helpful AND they didn't charge me anything for their services, even though they had removed the old tire, installed the new one, and my car was taking up one of their bays for at least 2 hours! I appreciate all their help and would recommend their services to anyone!
