I always feel I'm getting great service at Roberts Quick Lane. The service representative Shannon is the best in the business as far as I’m concerned. He is very courteous and treats me like an old friend. He keeps me informed about the process of my service and lets me know if something needs to be addressed beyond The Works Service.

I would not recommend Roberts Service Center. I ended up selling my Ford and switched completely. So glad I never have to use this service center again.

Sevice advisor kept trying to upscale me for more repairs on stuff not needed yet, my Bluetooth code reader that was plugged in when I dropped vehicle off no longer works. Also they made sure to charge more than warranty was willing to pay for repairs so I had close to $500 out of pocket over warranty..

Truck went in for oil change, check wheel bearing, and get appraised for trade in. Wheel bearing never got checked and truck never got appraised. Sounds like truck is knocking since I bought it 3 years ago and they want to charge an arm and a leg to do an oil consumption test.

I believe that if you're vehicle throws a code verified by the dealer. they schedule a diagnostic exam all covered under warranty, and then say that they can't find anything so now I have to pay for the service is totally wrong

Took my truck in to have some warranty work done on the sunroof and asked them to also check the drain lines for the sunroof as I was getting some water leakage during heavy rains. They came back saying my brake light and back window were leaking and wanted 1500 bucks to fix them. I declined and when I picked the truck up they charged me a $175 diagnostic fee for the water leak. I will not do business with this dealership again.
