Called on a Saturday and told to come in on Wednesday. I bring it by and was told to bring it the following week. Oh well, what can you do.

Replaced fuel pump which was not the problem. Paid $390 for part and labor and they still couldn't figure out why the engine light was still on. Took it to a very respected mechanic on the north side of town that a friend recommended. In and out in 1 hr paid $70. I don't recommend this place just scaming people pretending to know what they are doing. Ladies be careful with this place they will rip you off!

Not @ all recommended- if only zero stars is a choice. I was given an appointment of Tuesday to bring my car to be diagnosed and be provided an estimate of repairs on 2 areas (maybe more). I called several times later in the day for I was concerned that no one has contacted me. Their response repeatedly was that "we will get to it and give you a call". I called again when 6:30pm rolled around, to be told that they are closed and "not to worry, my car is in the locked & gated area and will be looked @ in the morning". On Wednesday around 3pm, I still have not received a call from anyone @ Robert's so I decided to drive over. Upon arrival, 2 men were sitting around, having lunch and my car was just parked in one of their outside spaces. @ confrontation, the only information I was given was basically agreeing with my own, initial diagnosis that 1 part needed to be replaced. When asked about the other, the answer was that they will check it after lunch. If they had my car lifted in the bay, why not check for both. These guys are slackers, unprofessional, very disrespectful and do not value anyone's time.

Under no circumstance should anyone use this business they're completely disrespectful and have terrible customer service. They seem very shady.

Went to replace brakes. They only replaced the brake pads and charged me full price for new ones and didn't replace the pins or the brackets and reused my old ones and kept the new ones that came with my pads they used. On top of that they took 7 hours to complete only brake pads. They cut my rotars but did a terrible job. Poor customer service and experience overall
