I had some brake work done on one vehicle $750. Had some suspension ( not labor intensive) done on another vehicle $280. They have a sign out front that says lowest prices on brakes and suspension. I didn't think I got that great of a deal. Maybe because I'm a Gringo lol. The work seems fine so far. I will check around for pricing next time.

I'm a former auto mechanic and I dislike taking my vehicles to dealers and private shops. With this in mind, I'm very careful with the selection I choose. I chose Roberto's due to positive reviews but also because it's more uncommon to find an exhaust shop open on a Saturday. Roberto's is first come--first served but they allow drop off service as well. I asked the technician while their under the car to check for anything they see which may need repairs. I was called 20 minutes later and was quoted $300 for my Flowmaster cat back install on my 2006 300 C, which is a good bargain. I was then called another 20 minutes later and I was advised to have the stainless steel flex sections replaced due to a crack (I knew I wasn't being lied to because I knew the exhaust was making a very loud tapping type noise that was getting louder). I appreciate the fact I was not being lied to or up-sold. The shop cut me a deal on the flex section replacements as well. The car was ready for pick up 3 hours after I dropped it off and their work was very impressive. I totally will bring all of my vehicles here in the future and I'll be recommending Roberto's to those in my circle. Thanks for the great work and price guys!!!

Two trucks in the past year. Manifolds went bad. First time they forgot to plug back in the spark plug wire. 2nd time, they fixed it on another truck. After first repair they did not test it as they should have let it idle, my egr valve failed 5 minutes into leaving their lot. Fast forward , same truck they improperly repaired my passenger manifold. I was nervous that I had my truck idle for a few minutes before leaving. There is always an excuse. Professional not here if you ask me. This doesn’t happen.

Hit a speed bump! My exhaust was affected and was gettin louder and louder. I went to Roberto's on South 27th pulled up, told them about the problem and got right in. I didn't have time to sit down! They fixed my exhaust fast and gave me information about their other services. I'm now! riding quiet and clean again. The staff is pleasant and very experienced. Right off the express way. Go in today, and get your auto repairs done while you wait. Price was perfect for my budget. They did me right and now I'm back to having quiet weekends again; even while I'm driving. I went to Robert's establishment to have alignment and exhaust done called on Saturday which was 9/7/2024 about having this service done. The young lady that I spoke to give me a quote for $290 without tax I asked her could I make an appointment she informed me that they don't do appointment it's first come first served,so I get off a third shift on Monday morning had my daughter to follow me over there to drop my car off they do a quick inspection then I was informed for the exhaust would be $360 without the alignment because he said I needed to get the ties first before I get the alignment i understood that. But how I got a quote for $280 but when I get there it's $360 that's just for the exhaust by itself. I was very disappointed with this quote. I'm not for sure if i was given that quote just because I'm a woman and I came in to have work done but I was very dissatisfied but I did not have the work done there have a great day Roberts. And thank you for wasting my morning.

Granddaughter's V8 truck. Replaced exhaust pipes, catalytic converters and 4 Emission sensors. Dropped off in the afternoon picked next day. $1800. Nice! One sensor wasn't working after being replaced. They said it was electrical and they couldn't fix it. Suggested we go to Ares auto (spelling). Took it there and they said Roberto's burned the wires connected to the sensor as well as another location on the wiring when they used a torch to remove the old muffler. $700 to repair. No recourse to recover. Beware if there is anything wrong when you leave.

Just came in for service today, had to get a flex pipe replaced as mine was beat to hell. My car sounded like a truck engine for how loud it was. They replaced it in like 20 minutes tops! Quick in and out and my car sounds in the best terms I can put it, as silent as silent gets, amazing work, definitely recommend these people for the work they do!

Great service and reasonable prices! The receptionist and mechanics are helpful and professional too.. They do not take appts-first come, first serve only, but I have never waited more than an hour for work to be completed. A friend recommended Roberto's to my husband. Replaced my catalytic converter and O2 sensor at half the cost of any of the big name shops. Friendly people that repaired my car the same day. Good communication. 5 stars. I would recommend these guys to anyone and I will repeat. Finally a shop for the working man.

The tailpipe on my car rusted completely off my muffler, and my muffler had over 200k miles of use on it so it needed replacing. I showed up with no appointment and they got me in and replaced my muffler in about 1.5hrs. Very good price as well. Great service from everyone there. This is the place to go in the Milwaukee area for any exhaust or brake needs.

Best service, I bought 1970 SS Monte Carlo to have my exhaust be completed. The was difficult because it had to be custom made, that is, around differentials. My car is a custom 476 engine with many high performance parts. They did an awesome job! At a great price!

I consistently went to Robertos the time I lived in the area. I recently moved and heard a noise and took it in locally. They informed me that the last mechanic (Robertos) had not put on the sliding pin boots when working on my brakes, causing it to wear them down. I should NOT have been due for brakes and needed both pads and rotors replaced on the back brakes. I called Robertos to complain, and they stated it was impossible. They offered to assist but I declined since I live too far for the trip. Really dissapointing and an unnecessary expense.

I would give this place negative stars. Stay away. $850 for exhaust manifold gaskets. In what universe are manifold gaskets $850? No itemized receipt but I know for sure a $30 gasket doesn’t cost $850 and there is no way this was a 8hr labor job at a $100 rate. Also like to add they damaged the parts I bought and now I can’t return 👍 see you in small claims.

Overall happy with the price and general timeframe of service. I would recommend others to come here for a brake job. On the other hand, I was not pleased with the way the mechanics finished the job. My rims have been custom painted matte black and so are the lug nuts and bolts. After I picked up my car my rims were very scratched and my lug nuts were replaced with brand new silver ones. They did not tell me they scratched my rims and replaced my lug nuts. Now, I have to pay to get my rims and lug nuts RE-painted. It is very noticeable. So I’m driving around like that until I can find a place or person to do this service for me. I am happy they are quick and open on Saturdays. I mentioned they should begin a referral program since 2 other people referred me here & I’ve referred to another-they should offer a discount or something for their customers. Price was $360+ tax for front brakes & rotors. Turnaround time was 3-4 hours but it was a busy Saturday.

The service is extraordinary and the prices are very fair (which means low). I have been going to Roberto’s for years. They are welcoming, honest, and never do more repair work than required - they don’t add-on unneeded services. I trust them. Work that I have had performed includes replacement radiator, struts, muffler, brakes, water pump, alternator, oil change, tire mounting and tire rotation. Just go there, you will probably leave happy.
