Been using Robert for 4 years and he has always been 100% the best.. I don't use no one else.. Even my family uses him when they are in town..also my company..by far the best... just found out today June 10th that he has sold out the business it's really sucks I've always had great relationships with him and the workers The Body Shop got Johnny has done many many jobs for me is sad to see them go I hope whoever takes over can keep the same policies and the same customer care as this business has done for the last 12 years for me Robert there's nobody that I can think of that deserves to sit out on the beach with a pina colada then you..your going to be missed brother..

As a previous reviewer mentioned, Robert pretends to be a Christian Godly man. However, If he's Godly, I never want to meet the devil. He would quote scripture while his hands were out looking for money prior to the completion of work! He's a Christian man that pays his employees in cash because he writes bad checks, and to avoid paying taxes. That information was provided by current and former employees. My car was in his shop for more than 5 years and I still have a lot of work to do. Pictured is my mustang just sitting there while he's taking other business for tax free cash money. I would call and IF he picked up I would asked for an update. Robert would tell me with specific details that he was currently working on it. An hour later I would show up to find it exactly like it was the last time I visited the shop. With a straight face, this "Christian man" of God constantly lies every time he opens his mouth! Thank God I got him to do more work than what I paid for. It was like pulling teeth with this liar! Please stay away from this conman and his shop that lacks morals, honesty and basic equipment. Ps, I've also reported this shop to the Better Business Bureau and the IRS!

I have brought my vehicles to Robert since 2005. He never recommends unnecessary repairs, he is honest and I have always trusted my vehicles to him for both repairs and collision body shop repairs. His prices are fair and he backs up his work.

Robert is a down to earth guy and very honest I will always continue to use him..he always does one of the best jobs I can ask for...had my dodge truck with a broken door..the shop fixed it better then it was..i think his name was Jonny..mr fix it..not only does the door close..but it locks and don't open while driving..5+ stars..

Robert is the best, stopped by because I tried installing some led lights and do electrical on a car for the first time ever, mind you went to 4 other mechanics before I reached him, wasn’t asking for labor wasn’t asking for a job to be done was asking for some help and talk into the right direction, after being told they couldn’t help me by the other 4 Robert took his time got his tool and showed me what was going on and talked me into the direction, I was willing to pay just for his wisdom and experience but he simply told me before I even offered to pay “ I’m helping you because I can tell you want these lights working “ which I did LIKE I really wanted them on after struggling for 3 days, I’ve never been here before and I’m not a regular just a kid who didn’t know what he was doing and got the exact help, while everyone was trying to get money he didn’t, thank you for showing and teaching me a life skill and being Robert!

This guy here is a scammer claims his daughter is a cop .. I believe he stole my catalytic converter and replaced with a pipe. Even if he didn't and it was my Mobile mechanic. He takes weeks months on fixing problems with your car..I was literally walking to work checking on my vehicle every other day and had me wait weeks on weeks. !? So careless unprofessional

Update finally the truck is ready to be picked up, this is now end of August (Thursday) mind u we dropped it off in mid-April & gave a $5,000 deposit I called him on Friday afternoon just to confirmed with Robert if we are still on to pick up the truck on Saturday at 9:30am. Of course I left a message and he called me back to confirm, I told him ok because I live far and don't want to drive over there and u r not there. Sure enough Saturday morning we were there, his mechanic persistent he don't come in on Saturdays. I told him, I confirmed with Robert he would be here today to pick up the truck today. He tried calling Robert, no answer.. NEVER AGAIN I'M SO UPSET AND VERY DISAPPOINTED. he Couldn't even call me that he was not going 2 make it. Previous message below.... What's the point of leaving a message when they never ever return your call you're constantly having to call them and call them and there's just no communication but excuses. And when they do return your call they give you excuses again Robert I'm sorry but you have lost my future business this is ridiculous. You also lost my father's & son's business 😠 😡 BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Guerra's auto shop has been the best experience I've had ever had. They have been honest and timely also very considerate people. I gave a three star because the owner is nice. However as far as the accuracy of the work being done might be a hit or miss. One of the times I took my vehicle for a diagnostic check I was given a list of work that needed to be done with the cost just over 900$. I took my vehicle to another mechanic for a second opinion and they gave me a completely different summary of what was wrong with my vehicle and their charge was a lot less. So I had the second mechanic fix what he said was wrong and my vehicle issue was fixed. If I had gone here I would have paid almost 1,000$ and still had the issues with my vehicle.

Mr Guerra was very professional and went the extra mile with multiple issues with my vehicle. Back story, had misfires, tried everything I could at home and was at a loss. Him and his team found the issue with the computer, fixed it, diagnosed an issue with the alternator (but is functional, just a diode tripping a light), and even asked if I would like an oil change. Above and beyond!

Robert as many have said, is a chill, down to earth level headed man. Very respectable and fair in prices. I highly recommend him to those looking for an honest mechanic. Ive been here for 2 fluid changes (trans and differential fluids) and both were wonderful experiences for the cars. I plan on coming here more often fir my future needs.

Such an awesome experience. We took in our Honda Odyssey for a noise coming from the rear wheel. Robert and his team went above and beyond, they took care of the problem and also showed us how desperately we also needed new tires. They took care of us like family. The car is running so quiet, feels brand new and we were shocked at how cheap the total price was. Thank you! We’re lifetime clients!

This is the worst service I have ever received. Robert has had my car for 9 months!!! Excuses every time never answers the phone or gives updates. When we stop by his other mechanics give us the run around too. I’ve been waiting for my refund and tow to take it back home for 2 months because I don’t want him to work on my vehicle anymore because no work has been done on it! Mind you I paid him upfront $4800 because he “needed it” to get the part. And to this day nothing!
