I had squirrel(s) live in my engine within 2 days of not driving and they bit through my fuel line. I called one place and they referred me to the dealer. Another highly rated automotive shop referred me to Robbies Automotive Service for repairing the fuel line. Martin and Raul were very professional and honest. They called me the day of and explained that they were able to order the part from the dealer and have it fixed by the next day. They called the next day and showed me the fuel line where it was bitten by the squirrel. Everything was working as expected. Very happy with their work! I was very relieved that it was done in a day. I highly recommend them.

This is a long overdue review. My friend brings his commercial vehicle here and highly recommends this establishment. I've brought my car here a couple times and both Rahul and Martin have been very helpful for each instance. Typically I call to explain the issue and they ask me to drop off the car. They diagnose the problem, give me a call with the estimated price and I approve the work to be done. They are also really good about the estimated time for the job. They always give me an honest opinion if the extra findings can get fixed later vs adding the services to the current order. I highly recommend Robbies Automotive!

This place is a gem and highly recommend this place! While other mechanics/dealership couldn't figure out what was wrong and tried to make me spend more & more money on my 17+ year old hybrid car, Robbies was able to identify the root cause and fixed it right away! My car has been running very smooth since then and I admire their quality of work. For all future people looking for a trusted place with quality, look no further and bring your car to fix at Robbies!

My car was making a strange noise. A different mechanic was not able to figure it out. I found Robbie‘s automotive during an Google search , Read the reviews and decided to call them. They figured out the noise and repaired my car in a day. I’m so happy I found this shop! I’ll be bringing my car here for any future work that it needs.

I owed this place this review for so long since I had some personal problems, but I have to write this to appreciate Martin and his colleague (sorry I didn't know his name). They helped me remove my X5's McGard wheel-locks, which were destroyed by other mechanics in the past. Interestingly, lots of machine shops and even BMW dealers turned me away because they couldn't figure how to remove them, or perhaps it's too time consuming. But Martin and his buddy were extremely helpful. They stayed late and spent over a day just to help me out with a very reasonable price. This is one of the few auto repair shops left in San Jose that still operate with kindness and honesty, I feel like. Highly recommended. Thanks Martin and your buddy. Wish you guys all the best.

Went in to service my AC. Stopped working over a year ago and finally had the time to take it in. They recharged it , but the compressor wasn’t working. They tried their best to diagnose the problem, but the car was very old and difficult to get electrical diagrams for. They spent over an hour diagnosing it but still could not find why it would not keep power. I needed the car back that day, so they were nice enough to bill for only the AC recharge and told me when I bring the car back in to diagnose and fix the compressor they would charge me for the labor to diagnose at that time. Honest guys ! Hoping they can find the root cause when I bring it back. Recommended for fair and honest service !

Great service and great prices. My A/c condenser went out last week. Made an appointment date and car was completed. A/c blows ice cold. No longer blowing 98 degrees as previously stated else where. Again I’m gonna say their prices are the best around for the repair I needed. Thanks guys. I will come back when there is another repair needed.

My 2013 Ford Explorer’s water pump failed and was leaking. Raul and Martin did a great job where they had to take everything apart to fix it. They gave me a fair rate vs a dealership would have charged. They got me up and going within a few days. They’re honest and professional mechanics. I would recommend my friends and would be coming back for any future maintenance on my cars :)
