Phil and Dave are just amazing guys who love their work and connecting with people. They always do a fantastic job on our car and are the most straight shooting guys left in their business. They'll take great care of you and give you a very fair price for the work, much better than any dealer that would service your car. I highly recommend them!

Phil is not only reliable, he is real, if a repair can be done better elsewhere, he will tell you. If it's in his wheelhouse, it is done and done ultra reliably, ultra efficiently and with someone you just want to be friends with!.

I live in the area and have driven by Roanoke Auto countless times. I decided to take our Subaru there to get the state inspection stuff done and worked with Phil. From the start, he was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, right before the appointment, we were rear-ended which caused some damage to the back of the car. Phil was still able to do the state inspection, identify some other areas that needed fixing, and complete the fix in a timely manner. He also referred us to a collision place nearby and called ahead for us. Phil earned my trust and I'll use them again next year for inspections.

Roanoake Auto is the best. Can do anything. Very friendly, will go out of their to help you out with ANYTHING (except lending tools). Phil and Dae ain't the cheapest in town, but if you want top quality work that they stand behind, go there.
