This has got to be the worst company in the state of Idaho! I called the Mr JR Radford, in his nicest voice as possible said my tech is on his way, it should be to you in an hour. That was 16 hours ago! And they have the audacity to be mad at me when they get there cuz I have another company there working on my semi. As a professional CDL driver I recommend having drug test on hand if you're call JR to work on your truck. Because JR your truck smells like weed!!!

We were towed in about 2pm repaired and on the road by 6 pm. Will Langi diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. We had broken down Nov 8 with the same brake problem where the previous shop replaced all the parts and we were there for 3 weeks. Within one day we broke down again. Will diagnosed the problem was simply a bad fuse and we were on our way within a few hours. They were so friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend servicing here. If we are ever in the area again would definitely stop by.

English I highly recommend this place to anyone who values professionalism and respect. The technician spent about 5 hours diagnosing and attempting to resolve my issue, but due to the unavailability of necessary parts on a weekend, he couldn’t complete the repair. Despite this, he refused to charge me, explaining that he hadn’t fully resolved the problem. This level of integrity and customer care is truly exceptional.

I had a bad battery in a car that needed replacement but I couldn’t get it out myself due to a lot of corrosion. I called a couple places who said they wouldn’t help me, but Roadside Services of Idaho answered the phone, told me they could help me out in a couple hours, and came by that night to get the job done. Super professional, included photos of all the work, very responsive and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

I was on my way to Boise, then "Pow" the trailer tire blew out. I pulled into Stage stop and OMG those guys took care of it with no hassle. The Technician's name was Will. Great experience

My friend, Earl, was very much "in luck" today because his car suffered a blow-out beside the freeway and he was able to drive to the truck stop for help. Roadside Services of Idaho were extremely helpful in getting him back on the road quickly and were very professional in doing so. We would highly recommend the services of RSI to anyone, especially IF there are in an emergency situation. Good going, guys!!!

These guys were great. I needed codes cleared after fixing my dpf and increase my speed governer, they did all it right away and stayed after closing for 20 minutes. Only for $95.

Steer clear of these highway robbers! After waiting 16 hours in a hot truck out front of their shop for a mechanic to show up they charged for more labor hours than they worked, and they misdiagnosed the problem and fixed something that didn't need to be fixed. Ultimately my truck continued to throw the same codes. Dishonest and incompetent.

I am really disappointed with the unprofessional mechanic and management at this company. I called for service on a trailer airbag replacement that was just 8 miles away from his location. Over the phone, he quoted me a price of $600, which included the service call, parts, and everything. However, when he arrived on site, he charged me $900. The airbag was improperly fitted and rolled out again after 16 hours Driving. I had it repaired at Loves Travel Stop, and they said it was a poor repaired. I have contacted roadside management about this issue, but they have not responded. we spend $450 Again Same Job

had an issue with def system. tech found other issues and got them repaired aswell.. for a Sunday holiday he went above and beyond. back on road!!
