Customer service is very lacking. Broke my valve stem and blamed me.

I always go here for all my tire needs but this time I was very disappointed. All though my tire did get fixed with a plug it's only because I insisted something was wrong with it & I either needed a plug or new tire. He tried to tell me I just needed air and was good to go. After I insisted he looked at it he found a nail & plugged the hole. Tire no longer going flat.

Fueron amables aunque no hablo inglés lo único es q: NO CUIDAN EL RIN lo rrallaron. They were friendly although I don't speak English the only thing is that: THEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF THE RIM, THEY SCRATCHED IT

DO NOT GO HERE, I went up there to get my car fixed which they in fact did not do but still charged me for it, the grown men were in there trying to flirt and get me and my little sister number and we kept repeating they we were minors and I have text to prove that because while I was paying my sister was texting me and telling me that they kept going and also while I was paying a man was in the corner changing his clothes. I came back with my mom and they played dumb then we talked to the owner and he was rude and unprofessional and they refused to give me any kind of refund or come to my house to fix it. if i could give negative stars i would DONT COME HERE.

The man who worked on my brakes worked late to ensure that he did them correctly. We were given the wrong brakes by Auto Zone and had to return twice for their mistakes. But I really appreciate the hard work that went into putting on both my brake pads as well as my back rotors. Thank you!

Did use new stainless steel clips on brake pads and didn't gease them to slide easier !! Wouldn't recommend!!!

Expensive as could be and they aren't the nicest people at all! They over charged my dad and he still tipped him because my dad is just that nice of a man and respects hard working people as he himself has always had hard jobs that are hard on your body ! & The first time we went there the charged us way less for the tires but broke the studs on my tires then told me it would be 30 dollars each stud to be replaced if I had all the parts already when they busted them in the first place !

Terrible place. Stood there for 20 minutes and was never helped, only told to roll my tire in. While there, another customer was in an argument with a worker because his tire he had bought the day before had gone flat over night. Workers rude, cursed often, and basically ignored that I was there so I left. Go to Tire1 down the street instead. Much better people.

My husband went to them and got his brakes fixed and they didn’t put his brakes back together all the way he pretty much almost lost his life on the freeway and he tried to act like it fell off please do not go to their business they’re rude they’re unprofessional and is bad business please stay away from them you can die I’m and they have people working there they don’t even know what they’re doing people that shouldn’t be fixing cars they haven’t even gone😡🤬🤬🤬🤬 to school stay away please stay away

They took two customer over my 80 year is old aunt. I was very upset and charged me $10 when it should have been $5. Service sucks! One customer was upset the whole time they were there. Something about money back $160.

in and out in 10 for tire repair. no need to schedule
