Frank provided excellent service! I had a brake chamber air leak and called him at 1 AM. He promptly answered, scheduled assistance for 8 AM as requested, and resolved the issue as promised. Highly recommend!

I give them zero stars. They can only do oil changes and tire changes, apart from that they don't know anything. Don't waste your money.

Very knowledgeable and honest staff. Showed up earlier then he said. Realized problem was not as bad as I said and was able to repair instead of having to buy new parts. Definitely calling again if I need help in AZ.

My truck had the tensioner for the water pump belt lock up and tear the belt up. I am on the road with my 5th wheel. I emailed Frank, and he came out the next morning. He called around until he found the parts went and got them and came back and quickly and professionally installed the new tensioner and belt. I am very impressed with this company. Frank is an honest buisness man, and that is so refreshing in this day and age. He truly wants to help people. I will recommend him anytime.

All I can say is that I am blown away and astonished by Frank’s professionalism and great attitude. From the first time, I called him back in July to now, I’ve called him on four different occasions, and each time he showed up and he would come regardless of the time of day and weather. He would come in the blistering heat of July at 2 PM or even in the winter cold December nights. He did what had to be done to get my truck and trailer back on the road. He is always kind and courteous and treats everyone with the almost respect. If it’s anything from loose nuts and bolts all the way to an engine, Frank is the man to call. I like his attitude and he is the only man I call to get the job done.

Best semi truck mobile repair folks around! I loved working with Frank and Felipe. They were fast, professional, efficient, accurate with their time and cost estimates, and incredibly fair with their prices. They tag teamed it - the first I’ve experienced this - one person worked on my tractor while the other picked up the truck part that needed replacing. A unique experience for sure. I highly recommend these guys if you’re broken down in the area. They will get you on your way in no time.

Hands down this fella here would be the place to go big open lot to get into plenty of room to get turned around nice quiet area I lost a vgt on a Cummings and NOBODY could get the parts I needa this guy made some calls and got me back up and going in a nice timely manner at also a much cheaper rate then the big named shops

Highly recommend Frank! If your semi truck broken down, call Frank directly! Don't call else, I was hurt badly by another guy (another Tucson truck repair). He stolen my parts and cut my wires run away! Frank supply the service beyond my expectation and fix the tough problem with great price. Roadservice MUST check the reviews. Some bad guys are so disgusting, dishonest and make criminal activities.

I chose Road Runner because of their reviews. Now, I doubt those reviees are even real. Mostly likely they are paid for to gain your trust. Horrible experience. If I could give negative stars, I would. Had my truck for three days and only installed a dipstick repair kit, cleaned the clutch and supposedly adjusted the clutch. He was supose to do whatever was needed to get my truck up and running so I could haul water for my house. Francisco didn't put together a work order, I didn't receive an invoice of work done. I was vastly over charged. Got my truck back in about the same running condition as when I dropped it off. He has no shop, garage or any other structure on the dirt lot he does the supposed work on. Now $480 later, my truck can barely pull itself. Let alone haul a load of wate home. My family, animal and garden are left without water, and I an looking for a trustworthy diesel mechanic. BE WARE!! Find a different mechanic. Don't be played like I was. PS. He made no attempt to make this right. Could care less about the situation he has left me in.

I have broken down many times all over the states and roadrunner services has been by far the best service I have used yet .. mechanic got to me within 30 minutes and had the job done within 45 minutes at most.. great can do attitude and we even got to talking about our faith while the work was being done.. price was great for the job and everything came out perfectly.. like I said I've had to deal with so many mobile mechanics and 90% of the time they act as if you are bothering them but on this day with roadrunner diesel it was a pleasure doing business and what started off as a terrible evening has turned out to be a whole lot better then I could have been .. thank you roadrunner diesel and God bless

I rarely bash people and businesses because I know the damaged it can cause hard working business owners. This review is solely to prevent Hard working people from falling prey to this "mechanic". Frank is a reckless, trash talking "mechanic" who, as it turns out, only has 6 years of diesel mechanic experience. Barely enough to call yourself a diesel mechanic much less own a business. If you are not one Of his "contracts" he speaks of, DO NOT let this man promise you anything. He "hung out" as I started my bus, which for the first time since owning it, didn't start immediately. Once I got the bus started Frank thought he found the problem relatively quickly. I took it for a test drive and toward the end it ended up shifting which was the initial problem. Frank then looked me in the eye and said "No problem you should get it back to Albuquerque. But if you break down anywhere in Az, I'll come out and help you." The bus went two miles and broke down leaving me stranded on the road. Unable to move the bus, Franks first broken promise was he would be out the next day. Next day came and went and texted him again "I'll be there Monday." Meanwhile half of my bus is in the middle of the road. This is Saturday and he told me to tow it back to my place. No one available to do that until, Sunday a place had a cancellation and got me in to the tune of $500+. Frank didn't show on Monday. He didn't respond for a week. Then he finally texts back to say he was busy with his contracts and they come first but Saturday he would be there. I asked if he was sure because I'd be taking off work and driving from Albuquerque. Frank didn't show all weekend. Two months of this and finally I get Frank on the phone who tries to say (get this!) that he "doesn't know what you're talking about"and that, " you were texting the wrong number." I literally texted him 2 min before and he responded to "call him." I waited a month before writing this or following up with anything thinking maybe Frank would come to his senses and complete the work. He did not. All of this is an example of Frank but what bothers me the most is he regularly says things like "God bless" or "God will work it out". It bothered me so much instead of letting it go, which I would normally do, I asked God what to do and God told me to help possible future customers and to write this review and then take Frank to court so it's all well documented. Frank told me "this is simple maybe a half day's work." Well, all of his words are being documented in a formal complaint against him and his "Company". Save yourself the hassle. Call someone else. **^^*A warning to look closely at reviews and question how so many came at the same time (around another poor review, and look at ones two months prior to my posting when this incident happened). It's fairly obvious when reading them. I initially gave him a great review and would still had he kept his word, not sarcastically used God, and not given me such a hassle. His response shows his professionalism. Please provide us with photos Mr Professional. More lies. We'll all wait. No. Let me. Refurbished on the interior to match 1977. He bragged to me about providing fake reviews by his friends now I know why. People would love to see this "meth lab" My 1977 Bluebird Wanderlodge is refurbished to original form. Funny he complimented it before he scAmmed me. I'll wait for your photos so the people here can decide. Meth lab. Ha. Now you really got yourself Mr Lies. Go ahead. We await. Vintage to this guy is a meth lab. Small minded people. That's what you're dealing with. God Bless right Frank?

If you want quality service with integrity and honesty Roadrunner Deisel Services LLC is hands down the best. The owner Frank dropped my transmission, replaced my clutch in the rain, and single handedly saved an owner/operators business. You truly can NOT do better! This man is a true blessing 🙏

One of my guys had a water pump issue on a semi passing thru to Tx , Frank showed up quick did a diag and got parts quick and he even fixed another problem with a hose afterwards. We are a OTR company and having a. Trk down while under load is very stressful Frank got the job done under 5hrs had my guy back on the road quick and that's impressive for semi mobile repair service and was very surprised with our repair bill very resonable👍👍belive me I've been charged way more for way less service, I hope I never have to call Frank again lol but if we ever need help passing thru the tucson area I'm gna call him👍 Highly recommend for truckers passing thru 👍👍

Outstanding service . I called for a no start on my truck. The owner Frank showed up exactly on time that he said he would. Had the truck apart and diagnosis‘same day. Frank kept me updated and communicated through out the entire process. He had me up and running the next day . Frank and his employees went above and beyond in a level of customer service that is rarely experienced these days. Thanks again Frank
